This Year's Model Updates:

A six-speed SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox) transmission is now optional on select 3 Series models, while a five-speed Steptronic automatic is now offered with the 330i Performance Package. Rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights and hands-free wireless cell phone capability are now standard features on the sedan and wagon. There are new alloy wheel designs for the 325i, 325xi and 330xi Sport Package. All 330i sedans get a revised grille -- a new black grille instead of silver, with a lower grille combination of body color and black. All 3 Series coupes and convertibles receive a revised front fascia, plus new front and rear bumper contours, Adaptive headlamps and taillights and new designs for both the standard and optional wheels. Interior changes are limited to a revised climate control panel. Finally, Sirius Satellite Radio is now available as an accessory on all 3 Series models.

Pros:
  • Available all-wheel drive for sedan and wagon.
  • Luxurious, powerful, exceptional road manners
Cons:
  • Pricey for its market segment, limited rear-seat space and cargo capacity.

This is my 2nd conv BMW and I am just as happy with my 2004 as I was with my 2000. This is a great car, fun to drive and recommend it to everyone.

After hearing about a friend who got injured in a head-on collision, it made me consider buying a safe car. DSC, HPS, Side airbags, confident suspension assure me that my family is safe inside this car. My first BMW is the most basic but the handling never fails to amaze me. Try entering a busy street at 40 mph while car is filled with people and groceries and youll see what I mean.

I love the 04s, the front lights are very sleek, I drove a 2003 5-sp discounted $3500 then drove a 2004 6- sp., the 2004 has a much nicer body style and the 6 speed felt smoother. All in all I am really happy I chose the new 330 convertible.

EXCELLENT PERFORMING VEHICLE THAT GETS BETTER MILEAGE THE HARDER YOU DRIVE IT. THE STEPTRONIC TRANSMISSION IS THE KEY TO FUEL EFFICIENCY ON CITY OR MOUNTAIN DRIVING. LOVE THIS CAR. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS AFTER DRIVING FOR 5 HOURS THE SEATS IN THE 325I REALLY START HURTING THE BACK. NO LUMBAR SUPPORT. OVERALL RATING IS HIGH.

I have had a small sports car and an SUV and the BMW 325i is the best car I have ever owned! Its small enough to be the easiest to handle and park but it has a lot more interior room than expected! I have been able to fit a lot more in it than I thought I could

This is the third car that I have owned, but the first BMW that I have had the pleasure of owning. This car is amazing! I got the upgraded tires and wheels with the car, and they had the low profile tires on them. At the time I was worried about comfort level, and the ride not being smooth. However, I was pleasantly surprised, to find that it drove as if I had the stock wheels on it. I would absolutely recommend this car to anyone who loves to drive a fun, yet classy vehicle.

This is my first BMW,new 2004 325i,4dr sedan, jetblack w/tan interior,Premium package, sunroof, steptronic transmission. Beautiful Car! Wow, this is a sports car in a practical sedan. Handling is unreal which makes driving fun and ride is smooth & comfortable. Oh No ! comes from transmission having to be replaced at 1000 miles!! BMW apparently outsources the transmissions to Ford/ZF(are you kidding me, junk)and told me they are experiencing a "seal leak" where transmission doesnt engage
