All in all I have enjoyed this car. I wish I could afford the bigger model, 5 or 7 as the only drawback Ive had is the small back seat in the 3.

I purchased the vehicle new to replace a 318i that I loved and drove for 8 years. This car has been a nightmare. First, the dealership messed up the installation of the BlueTooth. Then the engine wouldnt start, and the car, which was less than one years old, had to be towed in for service. It took one week to repair! Then the car needed brake service. And the turn signals have never worked properly, nor the door locks, even after multiple servicing.

  • The Ultimate Driving Machine - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Weve had our 325xi sedan for just over a year now (bought new), and we still absolutely love it. The BMW slogan "The Ultimate Driving Machine" is apt this is an exceptionally well-designed car, whose handling and comfort are unsurpassed. If you want to forget youre on the road, buy a Lexus or Mercedes if you love to drive and want to enjoy it, buy this car. And yet it doesnt sacrifice interior comfort--this is a luxury car at the same time in creature comforts. Its been highly reliable so far the only problem weve had was the oil light coming on, which necessitated a replacement sensor (but which didnt affect driveability in the meantime).

Ive owned my BMW a year and have put 20,000 miles on it. The car is very enjoyable to drive. In fact, I keep volunteering to drive it even on days where its my car pool partners turn. I drive 25 miles each way to work through pretty countryside and its probably my favorite portion of my day. The 5-speed automatic is very smooth shifting. I also feel secure in the car due to the great handling and braking as well as the sturdy construction. I do wish the car were a bit lighter I believe its 3,400 pounds contribute to so-so gas mileage (particularly poor in-town mpg) and overtaxes the engine a bit. Rear seat room is minimal, but I believe typical for a sport compact.

  • Things You Can Do Without - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Im just going to go straight to the point. I like my car and I have a-lot of fun driving it. However, there are points that one should be aware of. First, the Harmon Kardon speakers was a waste of my money. They are weak speakers. Second, the car is too low that you are likely to hit, raised manholes, rocks, metals on the street. Third, the windows rattle loud when driving fast. Fourth, the driver and passenger SIDE MIRRORS doesnt go back far enough. Fifth, the chairs are very hard and thin. Sixth, rear bumper too low and unprotected and will get easily hit by other cars especially if you live in the city.

This is my first BMW and I am very pleased with the overall performance and looks of the car. I can navigate on a curvy road and still maintain intregity and speed.

I am extremely happy with my BMW 325-I It is a great car for the money. At first I was afraid there was not enough bells and whistles like my american made car, but everytime I drive the car, I seem to find a new gadget. The handling of this car and pickup is the best ever. I am very pleased

  • A Great All-Rounder - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Our first BMW. Its difficult to summarize why we love this car so much - lets just say it does everything well. All the components work together perfectly. Athletic and refined at the same time. Driving it can be relaxed or exciting - you choose. Options can add up quickly, but do yourself a favor and spring for heated seats and park distance control. The stock halogen headlights are the best Ive ever used - no need for Xenons in my opinion. The 2.5 liter engines fine above 2500 rpm and absolutely loves to run at highway speeds.

  • Best Non M 3 series - 2004 BMW 3-Series

This my 3rd BMW in 10 years so im no stranger I have a 2004 330 ZHP sedan and i just LOVE IT! Personally to me the BMW 3 series is the best car in the world. It doesnt do one thing perfect, it does everything very well. Performance, handling, comfort, good looks, and safety in one package. If your in the market for a sports sedan look no more than the three letters, BMW has set and still holds the benchmark for the sports sedan and truly lives up to the "Ultimate Driving Machine" slogan.
