  • Still going strong with 240K miles - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Great car to own and drive. Yes, there will be repairs after 100k miles, but I got past 200K before having to replace the clutch. Most other repairs have been to structural parts - engine is just unbelievably superb. I drive in snow and mud, with pets, groceries, gear, etc. Gas mileage has been a solid combined 25 mpg for the life of the car. If you can find a used one, you could probably get a decade out of it and love every minute of driving it.

  • 04 BMW 330 Performance Package - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Im 61" 220. A little small and under powered for me. Matters not, its the wifes car, never was about me. She loves everything about it. No getting rid of her baby. Things that are important to me. No problems mechanically, not even waranty issues. Never had to bring the car in. 12000 miles before oil change as per onboard computer. Tires wearing well, thats a good thing because theyre */- $300.00 each.(Z rated tires). I find it fun to drive on short trips but highway driving, well, give me my suburban or a 540i any day.

  • 330i Performance Package - 2004 BMW 3-Series

This BMW is my 3rd one, and it is an awesome car. I had traded my 2001 325ci for the 330i Performance Package, and it was a great decision. The cars handling is great in wet condition but totally amazing in dry weather. The 6 speed manual is really easy to operate. The car is just overall fun to drive. I test drove the Infiniti G35, and for the price, the G35 wins. However, the G35 doesnt drive or perform as well as the 330i ZHP. I think that the 330i wins the emotional factor between the two cars. Besides, the 330i looks great next to my 1999 E36 M3.

  • What 3 series is all about - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Ive owned 2 E30 body style 3 series (early 90s), as well as a Z3. This 2004 325i gets me back to my roots and back to what i expect from a BMW - riding on rails, good acceleration, and feeling like I am in a solid car. Unfortunately, the car has become the symbol of the yuppie. If you are a true car afficionado - a true lover of what BMWs mean (and call them properly a bimmer and not a beemer - which is reserved for their bikes), than you wont be disappointed. I looked at Mercedes, and they are great cars, but if you are focused on performance, take a ride in this one and see how well it picks-up and goes and corners.

  • Youll Love it..... - 2004 BMW 3-Series

Ive had the car for about two months and taken on a road trip of 1000 miles. This car is fantastic, its has the tighness of a sports car and the ride of a much bigger car. Even with 18" wheels and the sports suspension. Everything is at the drivers finger tips, its very well laid out, good pick up to enter the freeway.

  • Simply the best - 2004 BMW 3-Series
    By -

I have owned my performance package (ZHP) for just over 1 year and it has been wonderful. I have two small kids and had to find a sedan that fit the family and was still fun to drive. The 330i is simply the best. There is a reason why all other manufacturers try to imitate the 3 series, it is the perfect balance of fun and functionality. If you want to have the best than look no further, I have owned many cars and have never been happier. The acceleration is amazing, the fuel economy is great for a "performance" car, the handling is uncomparable. Other cars will outrun in a straight line, but he fun is in the turns!

This is by far the best car Ive driven for the price. I like it just as much if not more then some of its more expensive competiters.

  • I love this car - 2004 BMW 3-Series

I absolutely love this car. Ive owned it for only 3.5 months, but its my second BMW (I also own a 2002 X5), and this is one of the most enjoyable cars Ive ever driven. I wish they offered the M3 in an AWD version, as I would have bought that for the extra power; but dont let the stated hp mis-lead you, as this car provides more than enough acceleration to make for a very enjoyable ride. I shopped this against the Audi A4 and A6 Quatros and the Infinity AWD model, but you simply cant beat BMW on performance and handling - I highly recommend this car.

  • the new 325i rocks - 2004 BMW 3-Series
    By -

Ipicked up my European deliver BMW 325i 2006 in Munich in June and drove about 2.5K miles through Southern Germany and the mountains of Italy. This is the best car I ever drove. It offers a seductive mix of sportiness and elegance. The handling on narrow mountain roads was superb and the car was incredibly stable and at peace irrespective of speed (the top was an effortless 135 mph) and weather. This car rocks - it makes driving a spiritual experience.
