The A6 gets a new 220-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 to replace last year's 2.8-liter. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is available on front-wheel-drive models with this engine. Other mechanical changes this year include stronger brakes, an improved stability control system and BrakeAssist. OnStar telematics makes its way onto the options list, and you'll be pleased to find a standard six-disc changer in the dashboard. Styling in and around the car, such as the head and taillamps, is slightly modified and new interior and exterior colors expand your choices.

  Have 58,000 miles on my 2000 A6 4.2. Absoutely wonderful car. Wonderful interior, beautiful lines that still get looks. And gets the last word in most roadway encounters. Think so highly of this car that I bought the extended warranty at 45,000 miles. Thought about something different for a while: The problem is, after test driving the new E-500, the 5 and the new 7-series, I just dont know what all the fuss is about. Looks like I will be buying another A6.

  Who would have thought 15 years ago that Audi would emerge as such an incredible auto maker. Everything from the elegant and understated design to the incredibly refined and impressive interior give this car an industry- leading beauty. Add the performance of the biturbo engine and sport suspension (along with the after-market addition of 18" wheels) and you have a stealthy performer with comfort for business. A fantastic car.

  I am extremely satisfied with this automobile & this is coming from a tough critic. Overall if you like to drive cars, I believe this is the best all around wagon/Small SUV in the market. I was very worried about the power this car offered based on some of the reading I did prior to my purchase. The worrying was for naught. This car gets up to speed quickly with no hesitation. It is not a vette, but acceleration is better than most cars.

  What a great vehicle! Everything including the style, ride, interior design, and comfort is fantastic!! If the 530I is a nine then the A6 is a 10. Audi pays more attention to the little details. The Audi staff at Boardwalk were great to deal with unlike the snotty impression given by the BMW sales guy.

  Whoa, 2.7 liter V6 with bahaus designed twin turbo system. Can life get any sweeter? The interior is beyond beautiful, a PERFECT dash design. First class exterior. Plus twin turbos that BLAST you into the back seat! Not a single problem yet and Im at 13,600 miles. I love this car and Im in no hurry to get a new car and Ive been spoiled by the best brands my other cars have been a 2000 Infiniti Q45, and a 2001 Lexus RX 300. Ive never owned a better car and I never never will! Try to catch me Benz.

  Well its been a month since i purchased my A6. I have been a frequent bmw driver for 4 years but receieved poor customer service from bmw. So i decided to buy an A6. I was warned by consumers that there were reliability problems. So far so good! People usually buy car for looks and handling and the A6 has both. It is a lease so im not worried when it comes off warranty, because its not my problem anymore. Also, I have leased all my previous bmw and nothing beats audi/vws leasing program! Way to go Audi!!!   I bought this car a few weeks in a mingblau, colors are sharp, interior materials are really high class, great power this machine is like a rocket! So far, no problems whatsoever, and gets plenty of car envy looks from people.
