The Audi A4 holds the distinction of having single-handedly revived the Audi brand. Launched in the mid-'90s, the compact A4 quickly became a favorite among luxury car buyers thanks to its beautifully finished cabin, sharp handling and available Quattro all-wheel drive. Although the A4 has offered these core characteristics from day one, it has become increasingly polished and high-tech with each successive generation. No matter which year you're looking at, the A4 promises both engaging performance and suave style inside and out.
The sedan body style has been a constant for the Audi A4, but depending on the vintage, you may also find wagon and convertible variants. Turbocharged four-cylinder power is typically found under the hood, yielding both reasonably spirited acceleration and satisfactory fuel economy. In road tests, we've consistently praised the A4's refined character, with more recent plaudits going to its spacious backseat, which has adequate room for full-size adults.

By ricky - January 23 - 6:03 ami recently purchased a 2002 1.8 T A4 quattro and the car is over all solid! transmission is smooth as silk and has semi comperable steering to 3 series BMW (with sports package). the only thing this car lacks it pick up 0 - 60 in 7.2 is a little week but the car is much less then other cars that can pull better acceleration times.. im sure the 3.0 can hold its own though. but ihavent driven it yet.

Great Car - 2003 Audi A4
By Jeff Wilson - January 9 - 2:00 amThe new Audi 2003 Avant A4 is a great car, but the turbo lag is very noticible, far more than I anticipated. Now, if you want an all-wheel drive car, then I can think of no better car to get if you apreciate a sporty ride, and great build quality. I had the Subaru Oakback LL Bean edition, and while the Audi is $3000 more, and just as fast, all the other features of the Audi make it worth while. I love the body style, Bose Stero is awsome, handles great, build quality is excellent, lots of storage, and not bad gas milage for a turbo engine. I love the car, but the turbo lag is a serious issue to consider.

By ryanfish - January 3 - 2:00 amGreat car, clearly the best for the price. Good dealers, no pressure. The nicest interior, and great gas milage. Great seats. Was also considering Infiniti G35 or a real nice Altima. Opted for the 4 cylinder A4 and glad I did.

Great Car - 2006 Audi A4
By Mike - December 30 - 5:36 amThis car is very fun to drive. It handles well. Great interior/exterior fit and finish. Seats are firm and comfortable. Controls and instruments are easy to read and user friendly. Performance is a bit unresponsive when first starting up from a stop while in Drive.

Disappointing - 2001 Audi A4
By Eds A4 - December 16 - 10:00 amThe car breaks down, the dealers cant figure out how to fix them, and Audi cant supply the parts. In addition, the resale value drops like a stone after purchase. Dont do it.
