Absolutely Not.. This cars got enough fun power to make you feel 18 again. And you do... if you use the manual shift. Only improvement needed: Stiffer shock absorbers to handle high speeds.

This vehicle is one to go down in the record books. Its quick, sporty, and at the same time affordable. The design of this car compliments the interior. The navigation system includes voice activation of certain components. The audio system fills the car completely. The LED back lite gauges complement its style and attention to detail. The back seat in the vehicle is very comfy and definitely a road trip car. Overall this car is the only car I NEVER had buyers remorse on. I highly recommend this vehicle.

I just loving the way this car handles. With its quick acceleration and steering, you cannot beat it. The engine purrs like a kitten.

I recently leased the car thinking I wasnt going to drive it much and use it when its needed, but now I cant stop driving it and I use it when I dont really have to. The car outperforms on a laaaarge scale. I had an 03 Type S and it really doesnt even compare Acura listened to the people and added the little niks n nacs that are important to the consumer. It gained leg room in the rear, the stick shift is out of the world fun to drive, accents on the interior are awesome, the addition of brembos to the stick model was phenomenal the the only thing I dont like about it is that 1st gear is extremely short so you have to shift out quickly before you top out without realizing.

Car was chosen based on a brief test drive and belief in the "expert" reviews. I was very disappointed in the interior. The tachometer is 50% blocked from view by the steering wheel, the climate control buttons are randomly scattered (half of the buttons are on the passenger side of the car!), the visibility out of the car is dreadful (style took precedence over function) and driving in slow heavy traffic turned out to be a chore since the throttle control is too sensitive resulting jerky progress. I have found torque steer to be a problem also whenever trying to accelerate on bumpy roads which are the norm in Ohio. On long journeys the car has proven to be tiring because of hard ride.

This car has a lot of pick up from any speed. Nice handling and a nice ride. It is a sports car, so not a soft ride, but it is quiet. The sound system is awesome! Fun and lively car with the manual shifter, it can also be driven hard.

A really nice car. Quiet, solid feel, great acceleration. Very stylish, inside and out. Far more attractive interior than BMW3, Infinity G35, Mercedes C and all other comparably priced competitors. Much more bang for the buck, especially in the engine compartment. A big fan of DVD Audio. Great to listen to them in the car. Its my wifes car. The Nav is great and saves me from being her "mapquest" on-call. And, the Bluetooth makes it much safer for her to use her Blackberry (which is virtually all the time shes in the car). Not quite the luxury name plate as some of the others...but who cares? When I get a chance to drive it, Im the one who needs to be impressed. And I am.

I drive 65 miles each way every day in my commute. This is hands down the most fun car I have owned for a combination of highway and country driving. The fit and finish are unequalled. The driver response is superb. This car gives me all I could want. Last Friday, I had to "put it down" hard as an opposing driver fell asleep and drove through 2 utility poles coming towards me. I went from 50MPH to O in 30 ft., traveling off dry pavement through mud and into a neighboring grass lawn coated in thick dew. It tracked straight with no "yaw", and it stopped on a dime.

  • Great car and bang for the price - 2005 Acura TL

It is an overall great car. Great pickup and very smooth auto. transmission. Had some clicking noises though on the door and the dash. Interior is better than most of its competitors. Test drove BMW 3, mercedez c280 also but went ahead with the Acura. MB does not stand in the competition. And you get more for the buck compared to BMW.

  • Excellent Compromise Sedan - 2005 Acura TL

If you are too big for the Infiniti G35 cabin, yet want a performing sedan with high reliability, this is the car. Its not a rear driver, the auto selectshift isnt as good as std trans performance, but its a freeway cruiser for everyday tasks and fun to drive. Suspension is a bit too firm, and the automatic slows after 85 when punched to pass and the tires arent what they could have been if you got the Bridgestones, the seats are set a bit too low to get out of the car easily, and there are cabin area rattles sometimes. But nobody seems to have a better car on the market within 10 grand more with such roomy front cabin. And the electronics & sound are sweet.
