Overview & Reviews
Volvo drops the 2.5T model in favor of the XC90 3.2, which offers considerably more power, thanks to a 235-horsepower, 3.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine. A Sport trim for the XC90 V8 debuts as well. Exterior styling is slightly revised and all 2007 Volvo XC90s have body-color side moldings and door handles. Inside, there's additional metallic trim, and V8 models get upgraded instrumentation. New standard features include a tire-pressure monitoring system, an MP3 player input jack and a satellite radio-compatible head unit. New options include Volvo's new Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) and adaptive bi-xenon headlights.
- Safe as a bank vault, plush ride, feels smaller than it is, high-quality interior materials, ample cargo room.
- Hefty curb weight drags down fuel mileage, third-row seating compromises second-row space.

OK - 2007 Volvo XC90
By TuNeRkId - July 29 - 7:43 pmWe purchased our 07 XC in 2007 brand new. The truck has been OK , but not what I expected from a $45,000 car. It has good seat comfort and driving position but it also feels a lot bigger than it actually is. The car has decent acceleration, but nothing to write home about. The best thing about the car is the brakes witch stop you on a dime! The 3.2 our car has is a little bit thirsty and doesnt give as much power as I would like. Our average mpg (mostly city driving) is around 16.5 (on road trips weve gotten up to 22). The 3rd row seat is tight but easily moved out of the way! The transmission is great especially the manual option! Overall it has been a good car but could be better.

Fuel pump failure - 2007 Volvo XC90
By Shane Brossette - January 9 - 3:46 amMy XC90s fuel pump failed at 8000 miles! Volvo replaced the fuel pump, filter, and fuel tank. This was very unsettling and frustrating so early in my ownership.
