  Have put 2000K on the car already and found it to be very confortable to drive. Good suspension and good handling. Gas milage is what first turned me on to the car with 47M/G Price for the `04 (in Can $$s) was only $21,000

  Initially overlooked this since it seemed too "gen Y", but with a baby coming into the family, I couldnt resist the practicality. Plenty of space for a young family, fuel efficient, great crash test ratings, usable cargo room (even for sleeping on camping trips!), rides high for easier loading/unloading of babies!!!! Looked a bit funky to me at first, but Im definitely getting used to it! Did a lot of research and this is the most practical car for young families with a recreationally active lifestyle and dont want to play the "bigger is better" game!

  I bought my car last Nov. and still love it just as much as the day I bought it. I have always been a Toyota person, but this is the best! It is perfect for someone like me who needs the cargo space of an SUV (for a large dog) and the fuel economy of a car. With the great turning radius and small size it is just the thing for running around town.

  We purchased the Matrix as our third car but drive it every day. It handles well, is extremely comfortable, and uses interior space very efficiently.

  the matrix xrs is a wonderful wagon. it is affordable has lots of headroom and sporty. i am 62" and space was an issue but not with the matix. i spent 19000 plus tax. the engine in the matrix xrs has plenty of horses to pass on freeways and accelerate on the shortest on ramps. the matrix is a great little wagon

  I LOVE this car! This is the best thing I have ever bought! It is so much fun to drive and gets awesome fuel economy. I deliever pizzas and travel alot and it is still running strong it has never let me down! I recommend this car!

  Everything is great about this car that my wife is having a lot of fun driving it. Comfort, reliability, easy handling, roomy front and rear, the seats position is higher than the average of any sedan out there and would ideally fit any type of drivers/passengers (short to tall).

  Bought the car end of September 03 as an 04. Was about to take the silver one on the lot...however, it had 116 miles on it!! To top it off...after you got the car moving in 1st and pressed the clutch all the way..there was this whining sound!! terrible!! Needless to say, I took home another Silver Matrix XRS a few days later! I really wanted the GPS but wasnt willing to order it and get no discount on a car...hey its a Toyota.. wanted to see the GPS in action before taking one home w/ it.
