Overview & Reviews
Toyota's perennially best-selling family sedan gets a complete makeover for 2007. Among the highlights are a roomier interior, additional luxury-oriented features, an available 268-hp V6 coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission, and a gasoline-electric hybrid model that earns EPA fuel economy estimates of 43 mpg city/37 mpg highway.
- Roomy cabin, powerful V6 engine, hybrid model available, legendary build quality and reliability history.
- No manual transmission available with V6, some odd styling elements.

Disappointed owner - 2007 Toyota Camry
By r b - August 9 - 9:58 amThis car had an oil consumption issue. Toyota considers 1 qt. per 1100 miles normal. For me the oil consumption and loss of gas mileage was not acceptable nor normal. The final detail was the resale value. In 2012 I paid $13,000 for the car. In 2015 a Toyota dealer would only give me $3,000 trade in value. This car was a loss from start to finish. No part of the Toyota ad campaign in true.

4th Camry and LAST! - 2007 Toyota Camry
By Karen5555 - March 9 - 3:46 amI have had 3 other Camrys all were great, the 07s and up are junk..... I had a 05 Camry and I loved it, wish I never traded it in. This 07 Camry has been nothing but problems. I went to a car wash and the cheep paint came off the bumper, the trans has had problems, shifts weird, I have has 4 radios, and the power seat is broken. The dealership was no help at all, I had the car for 8 months with only 65k on it, traded it in for a 09 Honda Accord EXL V6 and Love it, I will NEVER buy a Toyota again!!!

Camry not that good - 2007 Toyota Camry
By bvon - March 14 - 1:56 amAfter purchasing my 2007 Camry, which was a hassle because the salesman was pushy, I started having trouble with the transmission slipping! On top of that some interior trim pieces didnt match and one fell off! Im shocked. Toyota has this "supposed" impecable quality. I can now say that it is all rumors spread around. I did not buy this car based on looks. It is pretty weird looking, the big front bulg is horrid. I bought it for reliable driving, and I have to say it has failed. Im looking to trade it for another vehicle, and I heard that new Saturn Aura would be perfect, plus it looks are nice.

2007 Toyota Camry LE 4 dr Sedan - 2007 Toyota Camry
By annec - April 27 - 5:03 amI purchased the Camry on reputation and recommendation. I am not a car geek and do not have the knowledge or time to deal with car problems. Well, I am becoming a auto expert by necessity. My problems are: hesitating then surge between shifts, windshield wipers that move with power that rocks the car to the point that it feels like it will roll over, plastic parts falling off, cruise control is so unreliable I dont use it, bad mileage, and, last but not least, half the windshild blacks out when driving at night through areas without street lights. The dealers answer, "It meets Toyota specifications." Any suggestions will help. Do I qualify for the lemon law?
