As the Impreza was redesigned just last year, not much changes for 2003. Convenience has been improved; keyless entry is now standard equipment on the 2.5 RS, TS Sport Wagon and Outback Sport. For the WRX, Subaru will offer a standard rear spoiler on the sedan (though you can still get the car without, if you want) and Sonic Yellow is available as an exclusive WRX color.
- A stout 227 horsepower in the WRX, all-wheel-drive grip, a variety of sedans and wagons to choose from.

By Dijitaled - July 22 - 10:00 amThis car is such a fun car to zip around in. The performance and style is incredible for only being a four cylander. The car can rip around corners and the seats wont let you move an inch. I will never think about another car as long as the wrx is around.

Should go ahead get this car, even with standard manufactures specs it will make you go WOW.......^_^ Also, there are so many aftermarket mod parts out there that will really amaze you if you want to put in a little more .........

Best bang for the buck - 2003 Subaru Impreza
By alex1234 - July 8 - 10:00 ammy wife wanted for me to get the 350Z, but I can think of many other ways to spend $8-12k to get the same performance. Granted the bug eye looks arent that great and the new EVO is supposed to be overall a great performer, but this Subaru has great reliability and status. Its amazing fun to drive (2 speeding tickets in the first 6 months). Worth every penny!

By Me - 27 - Male - US - June 6 - 2:00 amI traded my 99 Ford Explorer for this car, b/c after having 22 problems in 2 years w/ my Ford, I was ready for something reliable (Problem #22 was a new transmission). I have had absolutely no problems w/ this car. As long as nothing catastrophic happens, I may never buy anything but a Subaru again. Bang for the buck, you cannot beat this car. It is a blast to drive. My only complaint is the excessive wind noise over 100 mph....but, I, uh, dont know how to explain this to my dealer.

wrx problems - 2003 Subaru Impreza
By mercmeteor - June 1 - 2:00 amfirst off, i love my wrx, dont get me wrong i wouldnt trade it for anything! (but an sti!) however every rose has its thorn, and the wrx is no exception. my main problems, and the problems of others seem to revolve around the gear box. first gear is very weak. mine broke and my dealer didnt want to cover it, they eventualy did though. i just cant believe a gearset would brake before the clutch would give up! that just seems weak to me. other than that this is by far the most fun you can have in a car(in the front seat) i love it!!!

By Brandon - May 2 - 10:00 amtoday is 10-06-02 and i got the car on the 3rd ( thursday )and i have already but 300 miles on it i cant be in it enough its so fun to drive i have the 5 speed edition and i am having so much fun in it you done need to speed or be crazy to have fun in it how great is that...!
