NISMO2NV - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By Derek - July 31 - 7:16 amIf you want a good allround daily driver that doesnt mind rough roads and getting down and digging with it on the weekends you have found the right truck. I have owned my truck for about 6 months now no problems I love the style, its a head turner I had a guy in a newer model vette giving it the look :) Only major problem is the gas milage but what do u expect out of a V6 pushing HP numbers of V8s good vision I am a young driver but I see out well and can maneuver this truck pretty well. Not the same truck as the 04s no comparison they should have changed the name of it, it really exceeded my expectations.

Tough to Beat - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By GWC - July 25 - 2:16 amGlad I chose this over the Tacoma, for the money, this is the truck. Nice, comfortable interior, smooth powerful engine, which beat some V-8s.Good looking exterior. Would like to have had some door protection. Installing a K & N filter & maybe a tornado for better fuel economy.

Great truck - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By Nick - June 14 - 4:16 pmI have 8,500 miles on my NISMO right now and its still a blast. Great looking truck, awesome on and off road. I have not found an obstacle this truck cannot handle. Best fuel economy around 60-65 mph.

Oh what a feeling . . . Nissan!!! - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By madcow_mtn_biker - March 22 - 9:36 pmSimply put the 2005 Nissan Frontier is an excellent truck at an even better price. It is far less expensive than a comparable Toyota Tacoma. The new V6 with automatic are a smooth and powerful combo. The frame is solid and the 4WD works great (I just tried it out in a blizzard). The base LE model has all the options most people will ever need. I am 63 and even with the front seat all the way back there is room for me to sit it the backseat. this truck is a tremendous improvement over many other small trucks. Although I havent used the utilitrack system yet it appears to be very well thought out and the adjustable tie downs are perfect for securing cargo. Also, the dealership was the best ive ever dealt with.

Fantastic Truck - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By tufaznailz - February 22 - 3:43 amThis is a solid truck that looks good and has a cab that will help you stay organized. I think it is the best value in the marketplace, but the gas mileage on the 2wd Nismo stinks.

Another Great Truck - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By Spawnman - February 17 - 5:16 pmJust found a brand new 2005 Frontier on the lot, bought it in less than 1 hour. Traded in my 2000 Frontier. This is an awesome truck. If it didnt have a bed in the back I wouldnt believe its a truck! Rides and the doors close like a car. Very quite inside while driving.

Great Truck - 2005 Nissan Frontier
By joshsDad - January 28 - 12:20 pmThis is an awesome truck! Fun to drive and great performance from the new 4.0 V6. Back seat is almost comfortable for a large adult but I dont know if I would want to be back there for a long trip. Only one complaint: The only way I can unlock my doors is from the drivers side door. No unlocking mechanism on the passenger side. The truck has power door locks but no Key Fob remotes to unlock them and this is not a dealer oversight. And here is the kicker all you need to have keyless entry is the Key Fob Remote. What was Nissan thinking? The put the receiver for the keyless entry in the truck but did not include the Keyless remote. You can buy the remotes from Nissan for $137.50 each.
