  • Mover over Honda and Toyota... - 2004 Mazda Mazda3

This is without a doubt the best car in its class. The funny thing is, it is also the best car in the next class also. I have the Lava Orange sedan i loaded minus the navigation sys. This car not only gets looks, it creates whiplash on the highway. People constantly stare to see what it is. Many features avail that make it feel more like a luxuary coupe. People constantly think it is a BMW series when they first get a glimpse. This is an excellent choice for a small family or someone who wants the feel of a sports coupe without spendning 25,000. Once you drive this car you wont need to shop around anymore.

  • This car beats the Spec V - 2004 Mazda Mazda3

I test drove plenty of cars while car shopping. I thought the Nissan SpecV was the car I wanted until stopped by the Mazda dealership and spotted the Mazda3s. This car blew me away. This car is so much fun I actually go driving for fun! The one piece of advice I can give you...Get the stick shift! The clutch on this car is smoother than on any other car Ive driven. Even if you dont know how to drive stick...it will be well worth it.

Great get up, styling, many comments, great ride, body seems to dint easily, 5 speed fun to drive, adjustable seats and steering terrific on long drives, controls on wheel convienent, instrument panel best ever, just came back form 1000 mile trip with bikes and loaded, 7L per 100K not bad, Zoom zoom uses lots of gas, regular driving milage is about 35 mpg. Hard to keep clean inside and out. Idler pulley seized on interstate in Vermont, Fri. on Long weekend, got part the following Fri. Mazda shipped it by regular freight from MO. dealer very good did their best for me

A few months back i walked in to Lithia Mazda of Fresno, California and purchased a 2004 Mazda 3s. Since then it has been that greatest car i have ever purchased. I love the way it looks inside and out. It reminds me very much or my old BMW 325i. I also cant seem to stop driving it. I love this car a would rate this car a 10.0

  • Nice look, fun and inexpensive - 2004 Mazda Mazda3

Nice looking car that is fun to drive. New generation car, so its up to date in terms of technology and look. It can be compared to much more expensive cars (30000$+ Can) Accurate handling and good performance but fuel consumption is a bit more than expected (8.0l/100km average) hope it will be reliable on the long run. Have a good ride!

A great value for the money.17" alloy wheels, Goodyear V rated Eagles, 160hp. This car is tight, responsive, fun to drive and with its 103" wheelbase rides like a midsize. Fit and finish is top notch. Strong attention to detail. I recommend the S if finances allow. The sport package, at $500.,makes a nice car a little nicer. As far as the ABS and and the side a/b curtain, there is no debating the obvious advantages, however offered as package, is a costly option. The added price of safety is for individual to decide.

I have had this car for about 6 months and absolutely love it. I am coming from an SUV that sucked down gas. I get about 32 MPG. The pickup is pretty good, going up hills it is best to use the shifting feature. I also wish I would have spent the extra cash for the s series instead of the I.

Ive had this car for a month and its be great driving it around. I love the quick acceleration, stiff suspension and sleek design. Definitely a speed demon! I drove a Honda Civic for the longest time and will never consider driving another one again. The 3 is in a class of its own. Having all the options on it makes it far from being an economy car.

  • Nicely Done - 2004 Mazda Mazda3

Previously owned 93 Toyota Corolla. Test drove 04 VW Golf TDI, Scion tC, Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3s and 3i. Mazda is the best among them. Golf is less reilable. tC feels heavier. Civic lacks horsepower. Corolla doesnt have the style. Mazda 3 has all of these for a very good price. Bought 3i with power everything, alloy wheels, AC, fog lights, ABS, and airbags all around. Handling around tight curves on Lake Shore Dr is excellent. Seats are surprisingly comfortable and supportive on long highway trips between Chicago and Minneapolis. Independent wheel suspensions are quite good. Fuel economy is a plus. Design is unusally stylish.
