  • Buy One!! - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Bought this car for my wife as her daily car. She loves it, I love it. Lots of style, the turbo is a blast and it looks great on the road (I noticed a lot of young ladies driving these on a recent business trip to Miami, but dont tell my wife). We havent found the gas mileage to be a problem, probably getting around 500 kms to a tank of gas. We thought the level of standard features was ample and the level of comfort outstanding. The ride is firm and sporty without compromising comfort and I would recommend one of these without a second thought. The price was very reasonable also. Buy one!!

  • My Favorite Car - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Ive had the car a little over a month and, by far, its the best car I have owned. Mazda really gives you bang for your buck. Quality is outstanding, ride is comfortable but firm (more like a sports car than like a plushy car). It handles superbly, and I didnt feel like there was any adjustment period coming from a smaller car - it felt natural to drive. I even parallel parked it the first week of ownership (of course, rear-view camera helps). I dont agree with anyone who says it needs a V6. Theres no guarantee a V6 is going to take "regular" gas... look at the BMW. They also arent more efficient. Look at real-world results from CUVs with the 6... they are averaging about the same MPG.

I love the way this car responds and holds the road. It is just so much fun to drive and handles very well for an SUV. It doesnt handle a tight as a German sport sedan, but it comes close.

Recently purchased. Rides and handles very well. Recent gas mileage was 22.5 MPG which was better than expected. Pick up is excellent.

I have had my CX-7 for about 10 months now, and I have loved every minute. What a fun car to drive. The turbo has so much kick that it took a little time to get used to.

  • High performance, Great Value Mid-SUV - 2007 Mazda CX-7

I was in the market for a larger AWD car to replace my wifes current BMW 528i. We test drove Honda, Toyota, Ford, BMW, Suzuki, Volvo and all were either poor performers or overpriced. The CX-7 combined the performance and value we were looking for in a car which is fun to drive. The Sport version comes with quite a few standard options though we added the driver electric seat and remote start. The cars only negative in my opinion is the turbo-lag which doesnt kick in until 2000 RPM. In terms of value, the CX-7 is $3k-$15k cheaper than its competition (Pilot, Murano, X3).

  • Good for the money - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Ive never been a Mazda fan until I purchased my CX 7 grand touring. I purchased it with 3171 miles and practically it is new. CX 7 has a very nice design inside and outside with a lot of options easy to use and also very good steering and brakes. You wont realize how fast it jumps to 80mph. Fun to drive.

  • Never again-Mazda worst company ever - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Bought the CX7 used at 36k miles, had a car fax run with no previous damage. Now it has 54k miles and is sitting in the driveway because the engine AND turbo are shot. Although I have every maintenance record possible, warranty wont cover it because they claim it was not maintained but I have EVERY record! Car is only worth maybe $12k now and the damage is $9K. It has been inoperable for over 6 months and will stay that way as I have had to hire an attorney. Mazda North American you have made a terrible car. Stop screwing over consumers and deal with this recurring issue. Do not buy this car. Im warning each and every person reading this.

  • Gas Mileage review - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Replaced LF strut. Bad from factory; had to align at 2000 miles. Gas mileage was 29 to 31 first trip. Gas mileage was 19 second trip same route. Cant figure out what changed. Dealer of course does not know why.

  • Love the Zoom-Zoom. - 2007 Mazda CX-7

Takes corners like a sports car. Swallows stuff like a wagon. Accelerates like a sports sedan. Looks like nothing else on the road. If these are your priorities youll love it.
