  • I cant believe I bought a Kia - 2005 Kia Amanti

I was looking for a family sedan, as I need to transport two teenage boys, a husband, my father and myself. After test driving the Altima 2.5 as well as the 3.5, the Saturn Ion, Ford 500, and a few other cars, we stopped in at the local Kia dealer on a whim. Not seriously thinking about even looking at the Kia much less taking it for a spin. Boy was I shocked ... speechless would even be appropriate. This car looks like a million bucks. After taking it for a test drive I knew our search was over. Im hard to please. I own a BMW and a Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. I like quality, and Im willing to pay for it. This car is a steal. Dont pay attention to the nay sayers ... try it.

  • A great car - 2005 Kia Amanti

I purchased this car with 18 miles on it. I had 1 problem -- the brake rotors had some rust and caused the brakes to grab. The dealer touched up the rotors and it has been great ever since. The seat warmers and sound system are fantastic.

  • My Amanti - 2005 Kia Amanti

I had a 740i prior to this Amanti. I enjoy this car much better, the fact it has everything my other car had and the maintenance is 1/10 the cost. Its fun to drive long distance, and gets an average of 25 miles to the gallon on long drives. As a luxury car, I will consider this the best one Ive own. Performance is a little on the weak side, but the driving is a great pleasure to behold the owner. Many strangers have commented to myself and my spouse of how much they like the looks of the car, not to mention mistaking it at first for a Mercedes or Jaguar depending if the reference was from the rear or front. After looking at various cars, we were sold on this one with no second thought.

  • Finer than the finest - 2005 Kia Amanti

Ive been in Cadillacs, Lincolns, Toyota (Lexus), and Hondas many times before, but Ive yet to come across a better car than the Kia Amanti. The interior is true luxury & the exterior styling turn heads everyday we drive our car. My Amanti out the door was less than $18,000 and we are amazed at the level of refinement in this car. Interior design and quality are at the Mercedes, VW, and Jaguar levels & are far above most domestic and foreign makes. The 3.5 liter engine is powerful, yet a little thirsty, & performs with the 5 speed auto transmission well. The trunk is huge as is passenger room and storage. Handing on the road is controlled & plush. One drive & youll buy the Amanti.

  • Great Car! - 2005 Kia Amanti

We have owned this car for about 2 weeks and have just wonderful things to say about. The car looks and feels like many upscales models of other manufacturers. Very luxurious interior, not to mention a smooth, quick ride. Great value for the money and with the long term warranty you cannot go wrong. Kia has proven themselves are worthy competitor with this car!

  • Best kept secret - 2005 Kia Amanti

I went from an Infiniti to a Lexus to my Amanti. Hands down this vehicle is quieter and has a smoother ride than my previous vehicles. Time will tell as to whether or not it is as reliable. Even though it is a new model, I feel secure with the 10 year warranty. I get a lot of stares and thumbs up driving it. I it just an all-round beautiful vehicle.

Rides great, seats a little firm, pearl white is the bomb, high teens in city drive, mid twentys on open road, replaced an 02 lincoln town car, very solid feel.

This car is for the money the best buy. We are extremly satisfied and are considering buying a second Amanti. It gives a feeling of comfort, safety and luxury. I can honestly recommend this car. We also love the styling.

  • Its a good one - 2005 Kia Amanti

So far I have 18,000 miles on the vehicle; during the summer I took a 4,000 mile trip over a 2 week period. The gas mileage was between 20 and 25 MPG; around town I get an average of 17. I still enjoy getting in and driving it. I would recommend it to anyone. The vehicle I traded in on this one was a 2003 Kia Sorento which was excellent and this Amanti is too.

  • what a great car for a low price - 2005 Kia Amanti

Ive owned my Amanti for only 5 months and have not driven a lot of miles yet, but I love it. Everything about it shouts quality. It’s so quiet, smooth and responsive. I’m 57 years old and this is truly the finest car I’ve ever owned. And the price? Truly a bargain in today’s market. I have noticed other owners complaining about gas mileage. On the cars computer it says I’m getting 11.5 mpg but I’ve tested it the old fashioned way, miles driven and actual gallons used and have consistently come up with 19.8 mpg in town driving. I think the on board figures are wrong. Would strongly advise you to check it this way for a more accurate figure. Everything else, a-one!
