It brakes very well. I really enjoy the smooth ride it gives. I have the Kiwi Green one and I so love how everyone on the road stops and looks at my TUCSON..

Fun, Stylish, Righ Price - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By SethB - May 15 - 4:16 amTraded in a 2004 Maxima for the new Tucson. Quite peppy for a 4-cylinder. Nice and quiet on the highway. Getting right about 25mpg with mixed driving in an AWD is outstanding! I can see with every rear-view mirror just fine. Actually turning my head to check traffic does produce some significant blind spots but managable with mirrors. Bluetooth and stereo controls are awesome but the iPod interface is a tad wonky, but works well when you get the hang of it. The horn belongs on a tiny pink plastic Barbie car. The leather interior is top notch and very comfortable. The cup holders are a bit large for most of the drinks I get but nothing sloshes around. I am extremely satisfied with this car!

Yuk! - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By brando - April 26 - 5:06 pmI bought the 2010 ix35 thinking it would blow my mind like the reviews say but I must say am disappointed. The car came with just two airbags and wait for it, A 4 SPEED TRANNY. The ride is rough, at idle and on the high way. Depress the accelerator and the car lags before picking up. Own a sonata 2.0 which is sluggish. will not buy another Hyundai

Disappointed customer - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By Disappointed Owner - January 1 - 7:00 pmThe paint - chipped less than a month (exactly 28 days). Im so disappointed. The dealership repair was poor- they just touch up with paint which was so obvious to see because its not the same color as the original and the touch up paint comes off, also the original paint continues to peel. The in charged from dealer repair told me that they will paint the car in the body shop. I cant believe it. A new car repainted? For me they should change that part not just painting it because its brand new. Now, Im planning to talk to the manager, missing my work and hoping for the best. Was so excited I bought my new car, then less than a month so disappointed. How I wish i can undo everything.

Awesome but a few problems - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By Sue San Diego - August 19 - 8:50 amThis car is wonderful but there are issues. Bluetooth is horrible. People cant hear you. Also had problems with battery drainage but seems solved. Gas mileage is not at all what they say. I get 20-22 city and 26 on road with avg of 24. They just lied on the window sticker.

Very nice, but..... - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By Don Kaufman - August 8 - 9:26 pmThe rear visibility is a bit tough, but the rear camera really helps. It drives nicely w/ great power for a 4 cylinder. The price was not cheap, and the features that my 10 year old Ford has and this doesnt are very concerning. I cover them below.

Great Value for the Price - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By SSeegers - June 5 - 12:40 pmThis is my first Hyundai and I find the Tucson to offer the best features and most comprehensive warranty for the money. I have driven over 8000 miles getting about 22-24 mpg in the city and 26-32 on the highway. Mileage is subject to wind, a/c, and tire inflation pressure. I gained an additional 2 mpg by increasing the tire pressure from 30 to 40 psi. Plenty of room for a family of four and our luggage even on longer trips.

Love It! - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
By Happynewowner - May 29 - 2:00 amHave had it since March, Love my Ride!!! Turning Radius is so small its like driving a go-cart, so much fun to drive. 6 speaker stereo is awesome too. I really have no complaints except the drivers seat could have been filled with firmer padding on the sides, seems to be wearing out already. Getting 25 MPG around town and 30 on the highways so very pleased with that.
