Overview & Reviews
The Odyssey gains an intermittent rear window wiper this year, as well as an auto up-and-down driver-side window.
- Excellent crash test scores, huge interior, fold-flat third-row seat, powerful V6, optional navigation and entertainment system.
- Quality of some interior materials could be better, high demand limits negotiating possibilities.

wonderful minivan - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By go_getter - June 16 - 10:00 amI picked up Odyssey EX-L RES yesterday (5/11/03) and gifted it as Mothers Day gift to my wife on our 1 yr old sons behalf. She loves this minivan. We got an awsome price, thanks to edmund.com and my lot of research on the net. We got this minivan for $2000 less than MSRP in Washington DC metro area. I went to dealer with complete info. (MSRP, Invoice price, tax tags frieght charges etc.) and all printouts so I was able to get all numbers correct from them cuz sometimes they agree on some charge but try to trick you on others. but my dealer was truthful and sincere - hard to beleive! We closed deal in less than 1/2 hour.

Wow, what great Van! - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By ehg - March 22 - 10:00 amIt was a tough decision - were a Honda family but after driving the Odyssey the decision became easier. We sold our 1988 Honda Accord and wanted more room - the Odyssey fit the bill. We drove the Pilot but found more room in the Odyssey. No complaints - it is wonderful!

Great Warrior - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By RC - March 20 - 10:58 pmHave owned since new. Great family vehicle. Better usable space than a Tahoe or Expedition. Very few problems and extremely low maintenance costs for first 128k miles. Transmission then rebuilt at 128k for $3400 doesnt bother me since Im planning on keeping the Ody for another 125k miles.

New Honda Owner & Loving It - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By Okarky - March 17 - 10:00 amResearch, research, research.... If you do the research that you need to do before you buy a mini-van, you will buy Honda. After you have looked at crash- test ratings, Consumer Guide, Consumer Reports, etc., go look at new prices, and compare those prices to comparably equipped one- and two-year old models. I would never have believed depreciation rates of $200-$250 PER WEEK if I had not seen it with my own four eyes. Go shop it yourself!!!! I cannot tell you which option I like the best. Smooth as glass, with plenty of power.

Road Tripper - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By twman - February 13 - 2:00 amThe van definitely drives like a van, but that is ok, because that is what it is. After you understand all of the dos and donts of when and why you are pushing the buttons this thing is really cool. Road noise is a lot more pronouced than say a Four door sedan. Moving people and cargo is the name of the game. We looked at all of the SUVs from 30 thou to 60 thou and NONE had the versitily that this van has. Enough said.

Heaven sent - 2003 Honda Odyssey
By Colita - January 27 - 10:00 amI love the Honda Odyssey. It drives like a dream. Its very quiet and has a lot of pick up and go power. The children have lots of room to spread out.The high quality leather makes for a very comfortable ride. In the winter time seat warmers! The one thing I dislike the most is the back door is hard to close. I wish it had a power door, just push a button and your there.
