  • Wow - 2007 Honda Fit

I used to own a 1989 Honda CRX - This thing is IDENTICAL to the 88 - 91 Civic Sis spec-wise (even down to the 109hp engine.) I knew it was gonna be great even before I test drove it. The handling is great for such a seemingly tall car. I traded in a mazda protege5 for this one and I gotta say, you wouldnt be able to tell that the mazda cost over $7000 more retail than the Honda. It is impossible to keep it slow and steady in this car, all you want to do is just red-line every gear from stoplight to stoplight - yes, its THAT fun. I look forward to the next 150000 or so miles I plan on putting into it.

  • A Great Car With A Few Flaws - 2007 Honda Fit

I love my car. I love the Electric Blue color, the size, the interior space & driving it. It is absolutely amazing how much you can fit inside. Its also roomy & comfortable for all the passengers. The gas mileage is great at 33-40 mpg depending on city/hwy, how close it is to needing an oil change or if the AC is running. A few things have bothered me: the fact that the AC is auto on with the defrost, my dome light burned out at 45000 miles (Ive never replaced this in any other car (even over 150K miles), the paint scratches really easily, no front car mats & the tires did wear quickly as others have said. Overall Im happy with this car, except maybe shouldve gotten the Sport instead.

Fresh out of college and being an entrepreneur, I needed a lot of room to lugging equipment as well as something that was economical to run. After looking at the Yaris (yawn), Caliber and versa (which was my second choice) I decided on the Honda Fit. Loads of cargo space and awesome gas mileage had me sold. the build quality is awesome and it is incredibly fun to drive! (By the way, Im a personal trainer so the Fit was a perfect name!)

  • Getting Better All The Time - 2007 Honda Fit

Ive had my Fit Sport for 2 months now, and Im enjoying it more than ever. I bought it as an inexpensive commuter car to use as an alternative to my gas-hungry Landrover. What I didnt expect was the fun factor. I love it.

  • The Perfect FIT - 2007 Honda Fit

Im happier with this car in the one week that Ive owned it than I was with my Beetle... the first car that I ever loved:) This car is much more practical for todays varied needs. The design puts safety first, and flexibility a close second. This car can be set up like a computer lounge or a comfortable ride for the dogs... I cant say enough good things about it! Also, I just went on a 400 mile trip and was comfortable the entire time listening to my Ipod through the 200 watt speakers... was never bothered with engine noise or felt like I needed to stand up and shake out my legs from sitting too long. And I was smiling at the gas station!

  • Pretty peppy - 2007 Honda Fit

i just purchased the Fit. WOW this car has some pep to it. From 0-40 its pretty quick but then after that it slow down a little. Can feel the bumps in the car a LOT. Car feels really light, no dead pedal and even when you leave your leg up there is a little bump right in front of the seat it feels a little uncomfortable. Other that that the car is great. Love the inside and out.

  • Bought With A Purpose - 2007 Honda Fit

I got a great price by shopping on- line. I bought the Honda Fit because I took a new job that has a commute of 200 miles per day. The commute is mostly highway and I average 36 MPG when adhering to the posted speed limit. When I go with the flow of traffic, I average 30 MPG. Responsive steering, smooth ride for a small car, interior roominess, a (standard) good sound system., great gas mileage and overall reliability are the reasons I bought this car. The only negative is the unimpressive paddle shifters on the steering wheel which can be accidentally activated with an errant finger movement, and they are functionally limited. They should remove them for their 2008 model.

This is the perfect car for my needs - gas mileage plus interior space and flexibility. Very fun to drive

  • Best mpg Ive ever seen - 2007 Honda Fit
    By -

I get 40 mpg on the hi-way! If it is cooler in the season and the a/c doesnt need to be on that little car is great. It will drop down to about 37 mpg hi-way with the a/c turned on. Im planning on driving it up to NE Georiga next month, so the truth will be known on the mpg then, but Its great to fill it up on a meer 10.00 while others are laying out 20-50 dollar per fill up

  • Great people and cargo hauler - 2007 Honda Fit
    By -

After 3 years and 25k miles, I havent had to change a thing, not even the windshield wiper rubber! It lives up to the Honda reputation. Ample room and flexible seat arrangements allows you to carry big or long items, saving the cost of buying a truck. Its headroom is larger than most SUV and midsize cars.
