  SRT-4 delivers more than anticipated, and with all of the mods you can buy make this car fun and exciting. Its very loud and very aggressive. Handling is very well. Drop the car about an inch or two will make the handling even better. Car is an awesome car that delivers as promised, and the gas mileage is really good. On average I get about 25 miles per gallon in the city and about 32 miles per gallon on the highway.

  So far this car has been very fun to drive and the factory sound system is just awesome. The body styling is also the best styled Neon ive seen so far. The interior is well made as well and its also great on gas. And there is so many aftermarket parts for it as well which is a good thing for me.

  I purchased my car a few weeks ago and just love everything about it. The handling is great, the dash is easy to read, the stereo is awsome, and plenty of interior room for my family. I usually drive a van or a full size pickup buy really enjoy the size of this car. It is easy to manuver in parking lots. The only thing negative I have to say is the the front end is hard to see from the drivers seat. Judging the front will come in time, but for now I have to watch out for it.

  A wonderful car, I love the amount of trunk space, and I am a fairly tall person and there is more than enough leg room. The back seat holds 2 large car seats with plenty of extra room. The stereo system is awesome. It handles great at any speed.

  Suprised - 2005 Dodge Neon

  Was suprised at the performance of the Neon. The fact that the rear windows arent power doesnt bother me at all because I have a little one that could hit the down button a lot easier then she could roll one down manually. As far as gas mileage goes, I probably average 30 mpg and I drive more city than hwy, doing almost 3000 miles a month. For a nice car, but low payment, a Neon is well worth it.

  Ive bought about 30 new cars in my life and recently traded in my Ford truck for a new 05 Neon, primarily for the fuel savings. I had a 98 Neon that I drove for 150,000+ miles trouble free, so I knew they were reliable. This new model (SXT) is so much nicer than the 98 I cant believe it. Its comfortable, quick, and looks great. The fit and finish is outstanding and the price is reasonable. The suspension and steering and feel of the car is just flat "stuck." I really dont see how the folks at Daimler Chrysler can afford to sell this car for the price they charge, its that nice of a car. It feels almost large inside and is so well made and tight that I recommend this vehicle to anyone.

  we have 3 neons 99,03,04. all perform flawlessly. have had no mechanical problems with them, start good, run good, mileage is excellent always 35 mpg or better. handle very well, ride is comfortable, performance is good. travel a lot of highway, 300+ miles per trip every other week end. have also packed a lot of stuff when haul too. is limited to size on some hauling. a lil more trunk space would be nice, like make the back about a foot longer?

  Dodge built this car for one reason. To wipe the floor with anything that pulled up next to it. You dont drive this car for comfort or for a nice leather covered dash or seats. You drive this car to go fast and enjoy the ride. If you want comfort or a butt warming seat... get a VW or a Toyota...Just make sure you remember that you will be seeing our tail lights.

  I feel as though I pulled one over on everyone. I bought this because it was the most inexpensive deal that I could get. Turns out that it suits everyone of my needs and is very economical to operate. Took it on a 6000 mile road trip around Europe this summer and it has satisfied me every kilometer along the way. It has enough speed for the Autobahn, sufficient power for the swiss alps, causes me to ignore the high price of fuel in France, and is sexy enough for the Italian Autostrada. I love this car. What a bargain.

  Best Small Car Period - 2005 Dodge Neon

  I traded in my pile of crap Chevy Cavalier which basically fell apart on me for my terrific new solar yellow Dodge Neon SXT. The car has been a delightfull suprise so far. I havent put too much mileage on my vehicle as of yet. The cars performance is perfect. Tranny is a bit clunky when starting up and shifting into drive but otherwise the car is near flawless. Do yourself a favor and buy a neon for the new year!
