This Year's Model Updates:

The Pacifica is an all-new six-passenger vehicle that combines the attributes of a wagon, minivan and SUV.

Pros:
  • Exceptional comfort for four, drives more like a sedan than a minivan, top-notch safety scores, upscale interior design.
Cons:
  • Average room for six, not as family-friendly as most minivans, gets expensive when you add high-end options, fussy climate and radio controls.

  • Truly and all in one vehicle - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

The styling is a head turner. The interior really takes you by suprise. The power vs my old 300M with same engine should be boosted in future Pacificas. Sound system is truly remarkable. Overall out of 1-10 I give the new Pacifica a 9, only due to lack of power from the engine

  • Found a new favorite! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

I have finally found a new favorite car. I bought it used, with less than 100,000 miles and only one owner. It looks and feels nearly new. It handles well, with the basic outward size and feel as a large sedan, but the internal size is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for family and cargo. I truly love the style and comfort of this vehicle. It looks both classy and sporty. It is as comfortable as any luxury auto. And has the space of a mini van. I have found the perfect vehicle only to learn that 2008 will be its last year.

We started our search for a new vehicle envisioning ourselves driving off in a new Santa Fe. We deceided to test drive the Jeep liberty to have something to compare to the Santa Fe. When we walked into the dealership we saw for the first time the Pacifica. It had everything we wanted and then some. If you "Dare to be different", then this is a vehicle to consider. Comfortable, roomy, quiet, unique, stylish, all apply to the pACIFICA. Sure I wish it pumped out just a few more horses, but the 3.5L, 250hp standard engine is smooth, and quiet. So far, so good.

  • Just got mine...LOVE IT!! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

We just picked up our new 2004 Butane Blue(delivered from factory last week!) Pacifica. Absoluteley AWESOME car/SUV/mini- van/whatever! Have put 500 miles on it this week, no problems or issues yet....seems to be VERY well built, drives super, and a luxury interior that cannot be beat! I am getting about 19.5 MPG at this stage, not bad for a new one, I am sure it will get better as it breaks in. We have no "power" issues...a drag racer its not, but power is fine for everyday driving...yes, INCLUDING passing! If you are in the market for a "crossover" type vehicle, consider the Pacifica...you will be pleasantly surprised!

I just sold my RX300 for the Chrysler Pacifica. I tried driving both and hands down the chrysler beat the 330. Love it!

  • Best Car Ever - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

The vehicle sold itself. We got in it and just had to have it. I am 64" 270lbs. and I fit in the third row seat. Along those lines the 2nd row seats are just as comfortable as the front. My children love the DVD player and my wife especially loves the wireless headphones. We find ourselves fighting to stay under 65 on the highway due to the exceptionally quiet ride and feel at highway speeds. The power lift gate is a must with children. The only draw back is the small cargo area with the third row seats up.

  • overall fun to drive - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

Had window gear replaced. Clicking noise in tight turns. Was told it was in transmission. Both were fixed and is still working. A air noise in sunroof is still there after two inspections. Service manager says he hears it. But they dont have a fix. So it is declared a "No compromise". I guess tha means they hear it,cant fix it, so live with it. Hard to ignore when its right over your head. I have heard from other chysler owners having the same problems with sunroof on other models. Other than that I really do enjoy driving my Pacfica.

  • I LOVE MY PACIFICA!!! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

I have had two back surgeries and we purchased our Pacifica because of the lumbar support for the drivers seat. I is awesome! I have driven other cars since our purchase and I cant wait to get back into my car! I love the way it handles. I have had to avoid unsafe drivers and my Pacifica has gotten me out of the way each time! It manuvers wonderfully! I cant say enough about my Pacifica, honestly. I recommend this vehicle to everyone who asks!

  • wonderful choice - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

Great choice I made. Very afraid to purchse another "SUV" after a bumpy ride experience with my last luxury SUV. This car has surpassed all expectations. Sold our Mercedes E-320 after driving our new Pacifica for a few days. Actually rides better than the Mercedes and has so many more creature comforts and room. Love it. Wish I had more places to drive it!
