  • Malibu.......Reliable Fiamily Car? - 2004 Chevrolet Malibu

I had my malibu for a month before i traded it in for more than perfect Toyota Camry. I visited the dealership 3 times within that month to fix an annoying problem with the electronic steering. After being told to come the fourth time i decided to visit a Toyota Dealership. I brought a new Camry LE V6 the same and i dont have any problems within the last 2 months. Buyer beware!!

I am pleasantly surprised to have an affordable, reliable, American made car. My family of four drove on a long 1000 mile road trip in the Malibu. We got great gas mileage (33 mpg) and we were very comfortable. I love driving this car and found the price very reasonable. It was an easy choice!

I love my moms mali..we just got it a week ago and since she has her Corolla i get to drive her car to school. Take the Back twisty road and find the longest possible way to get to school. C mon chevy..tell the truth..i know its not 200 hp..cuz it feels like more..Its especailly great to cruz at night and follow your friends around with their cars..the thumb shifter is soo cool..my cousin even asked my mom to take it to the military ball to impress her friends. Now I Need a defender against people wanting a ride because they see alot of room in the back...she thinks its crip (Nice,Cool)..2 thumbs and 2 toes up for chevy..

I did a lot or researching on line and to get everything I wanted in a car it would have costs 30K or more. The Malibu save me 10K plus it has all the great safety features, good ride etc. My only concern will be the reliability. However, my other two cars have been GM vehicles and I have not had a problem with either one. If you are on the fence. Go for it.

A great american sedan with European handling. Take a way the badges on this car and you may mistake it for an import. the fit and finish is near flawless. THe engine is silky smooth and the car drives like a dream. This has to be the best sedan overall chevrolet ever made.

  • Best Car I have owned! - 2004 Chevrolet Malibu

I owned a 2003.....This car is not even the same, at all. I have never driven a car that has the handling, ever. I let my friends drive it and the only way for them to descibe is, it drives itself! I beg someone to find a car for $30,000 with the same ride experience.

  • An Accord V6 for $5500 less - 2004 Chevrolet Malibu

This car is bigger than it looks. Steering is silky smooth and silent. Good pickup when needed and excellent milage when driven prudently (36mpg city 44mpg hwy). Interior is built better than my office desk for bins clips and tables. Beautiful car I think much better than all the other triangles and jellybeans running around out there. Headlights are outstanding, really light up the road ahead.

WE live in Lake Havasu City Az where we purchased our 2004.During the month of Dec. we drove it back to Mass. for the holidays.WOW what a woderful drive. The car handles with great ease and responds to all weather conditions. Considering the length (3,000 Mi.)of the trip it was very comfortable. The gas milage was excellent 33 mpg.

Love this car! Have leased this model twice and have never regretted it! It handles beautifully. Very little effort to drive it. The seats are so comfortable that I could drive forever and not get weary. Thinking of purchasing it at the end of the lease term. Thanks Chevy for making such a dependable care. By the way, my husband has one also! Joan Graham
