By rebdrmr - February 11 - 10:00 amI just recently purchased the colorado and so far i have been pleased. I have the new inline 5 cylider which does have the power of the V6 well almost and good gas mileage. I would recomend this to any buyers in the market for a good mid sized truck

By F McCoy - November 3 - 7:33 pmI have the 3.5L crew cab Z71. The ride is very comfortable. The exterior design, in my opinion, is more sleek than the larger trucks. Performance is great, and gas mileage is excellent.

Huge upgrade for small GM trucks - 2005 Chevrolet Colorado
By Colorado5cyl5M - September 29 - 6:16 pmI recently purchased a new 2005 Colorado ZQ8 Regular cab with the 5 cylinder and manual transmission. The truck performs well and accellerates better than I expected. The handlng is sharp, but with a slight penalty in ride quality. The interior is smartly executed, with everything in good reach, and the seats are way more supportive than the ones in my previous S-10. The Interior space is immensely more too. The styling is killer, and in black it looks mean going down the road.

By sonny - March 10 - 2:20 amThis truck so far has exceeded my expectations. I love the ride, fuel economy and excelent shifting auto transmission. First tank of gas from the dealer I got 24.1 mpg. I wasnt even driving it in a way to get good mileage since it was being broke in. I should be able to easily get 26+ mpg after the break in period.

Solid truck! - 2005 Chevrolet Colorado

I have put on a lot of miles driving in miserable, snowy conditions here in the northeast this winter and the 4 wheel drive has been flawless. The truck handles like it is glued to the road in the slop. Although this is only my first pickup truck (I got rid of my gas guzzling SUV) I would recommend this truck to anyone who is also thinking about switching to a crew cab pickup. Gas mileage is decent and capacity is much better than even the huge SUVs like Expeditions and Navigators.

Great Vehicle - 2005 Chevrolet Colorado
By Scott - January 4 - 1:53 amI highly recommend this truck. I love it, and my wife steals it when she can. Very solid, very comfortable and smooth ride even with the off road suspension. It is a small truck, I have never towed, and if I did, Id have gotten an F150. Also, no problem with the power, gets up and goes. Check the 0-60 times as tested. It is not as slow as it they make it out to be.

By drew - October 6 - 1:53 amThis truck rides great. Plenty of power in all conditions. I bring a motorcycle to the track every weekend and the bed has plenty of room for two dirt bikes. Although I am going to get two extra tie downs instaled on the bed rails. I also tow a boat and it seems to tow great. The big tires with the smooth power makes it easy to tow my 3500 lb boat out of bad ramps in the Fla keys.
