Overview & Reviews
Although the Escalade remains basically unchanged, there are a few upgrades to the standard equipment list and how some optional equipment can be configured. XM Satellite Radio, a tire-pressure monitoring system, second-row bucket seats and a tow package are all now standard equipment, while a sunroof can now be ordered in conjunction with the rear-seat DVD entertainment system. Blue Chip, Quicksilver and Red E are new exterior colors.
- Endless power from V8, plush ride quality, feels nimble around turns, comfortable seats, plenty of cargo capacity, all the latest technological gadgets, best-in-class towing capacity.
- Poor mileage, a few noticeable instances of cost cutting, must pay a premium to get the big engine.

Love 6.0 V8 !!! - 2004 Cadillac Escalade
By accb - March 3 - 2:00 amYes, it IS a behemoth, but it has the attitude and power to back it up! The ride is smooth and driving is effortless. Now if Cadillac could finesse the interior and dash....it would be a 10 all around!

Atlantis Escalade - 2004 Cadillac Escalade
By AStenson - March 3 - 2:00 amThis vehicle is a pleasure to drive. This is my 2nd Escalade, and before that I had a Range Rover. It is way better than the Range Rover, in everyway except the brakes. The Range Rover was a most uncomfortable car, and this is the complete opposite. I love it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pricey SUV.

A pleasant change.... - 2004 Cadillac Escalade
By Bill Glynn - March 3 - 2:00 amHaving driven a Mercedes ML 320 for the past 5 years, this car is a step into a first class, futuristic machine. Great ride, unbelievable luxury in the interior, and all the toys..PLUS a fantastic sound system. I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent gas mileage this 8 cylinder power engine gives. Cadillac is back!

Needs some changes - 2004 Cadillac Escalade
By donny190 - February 29 - 2:00 amLove the car looked at many other like the navigator and x5. I choose this because of its looks i love it. i like the handeling and how easy it is for a person to drive. i let my 75 year old mother drive it and she thinks it is very easy to drive. i have two kids and like the third row feature its just when u need the cargo space it is kind of hard to change from passenger to cargo mood. but this is great i luv it in the winter. it has great handeling and i like how high it sits up but it still is low enough to comfortably get in.

Micheles SUV - 2004 Cadillac Escalade
By palspomed - February 22 - 2:00 amGreat truck! all the bells and whistles your looking for. for the money your putting out, you wont find a better vehicle for horsepower and gadgets. very spacious and comfortable. cons: i am in the process of trying to acquire a gas station to make it easier for the almost seemingly daily fuel stops.................but if you want to drive a 345 HP luxury SUV, you are going to pay a ton for gas...........
