The Cabriolet is now available with all-wheel drive, while all A4s now come standard with a tire-pressure monitoring system, revised steering wheels and two-stage airbags. The 1.8T models have been upgraded with 16-inch aluminum wheels and now offer a six-speed manual transmission as an option.

- Price goes up quickly with options, engines short on low-end torque, sport package makes for a choppy ride.

By bruug - July 30 - 10:00 amThe Audi A4 convertible is a great car and fun to drive. I have had issues with the top not operating properly and the middle brake light cycling on and off, but overall a great little car.

Great car, but why a cassete player? - 2004 Audi A4
By lfrancisconi - February 4 - 10:00 amGreat car! I just wonder why they put a cassete player in this car. It does not make sense. It has been like 3 years Ive seen a cassete tape for the last time. If you have money to buy this car, having a cd should not be a problem. Audi should offer that as an optional for those that want a 2004 car with with a 1970 audio system. Overall great!

Very nice, problems with reliability!! - 2004 Audi A4
By Dai85 - May 11 - 2:00 amBought one of the first 2004 models off the lot, its been 4 mths n I had 6 visits to dealership ever since. Though service is very good, but Im getting fed up with the problems, first with electrical problems, then engine oil problems, then the keys dun work n system immobliser wouldnt start the car with any key! Yesterday, the rear wheel part under the fender fell off!!! Dunno if its because of the cold winter here in Montreal but I bought this car to be a winter car! Not very satisfy with it!

poor reliability - 2004 Audi A4
By nrn - March 24 - 2:00 amI am second generation Audi owner. I strongly doubt I would buy another. The reliability and resale value is poor at best.In addition I have had problem with power steering, been to two dealers, had it changed twice and still have problem. It could use a little more power as well.
