I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didnt matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.

Great place to shop and visit. The service is awesome. On rare busy occasions they give normal friendly service, however, they usually are more like a red carpet kind of operation with incredible communication about what is happening, why, and when it will be done.

The Swiss, and the Japanese. I hav to say that my experience at British Motors Jaguar of San Francisco has been far better than the others. Sisi Zhang is my Service Rep and she is the best. She is thorough and gets things done and she is a really nice person. The buying experience was good, pretty straight forward. I drove it and wanted it. The true test of any business is how the customer is treated after the sale. This is where BMC of San Francisco shines. They have gotten the art of customer treatment down and everyone in service is with the program. Unfortunately I have moved recent and am curious to see how the dealership in my new town is run. I have been spoiled by Sisi et al.

Ive been a fan of the Jaguar brand since buying my 13 XJ since Ive a couple years ago. Out of convenience I reached out to the BMC service team a few months back for an oil change. I was so impressed with the way that they treated me that I wanted to give them the first opportunity to earn my business for my F-Type purchase.?Knowing that I already made a final purchase decision prior to establishing a line of communication with the sales team at BMC I was not really expecting that they would be able add value to my purchase experience. I was wrong. Donavon and Benji were fantastic to work with and are a true extension of the Jaguar brand that I cant help but adore. Its great to feel so satisfied with this kind of purchase and Im sure Ill be making Jaguar tracks for years to come.

I bought a 2016 Jaguar F-type model S that I had to order since the AWD version was only available beginning in 2016. The salesperson Stefan sat with me to go through the option selection process and was very helpful. He kept me updated as the car was built and shipped. When the car arrived he went through all the features well enough that I was comfortable with the electronics and controls pretty much right away. He follow-up after a few days and was able to answer the few questions that arose. The dealership is extremely nice and inviting. You dont feel like you get much of a deal on these cars, but you buy them because you want them. That said, I think I got a fair price. The business end of things was very easy and took almost no time since they had all the paperwork filled out in advance.

Since buying our first new Jaguar at San Franciscos BMC in 1984 we have had only first-rate service there and excellent buying experiences. Their quality of service equals the quality of their beautiful and beautifully made--inside and out--automobiles. Our teenage grandson, appropriately concerned about the environment, wanted us to buy something like a Prius or another car with comparable gas mileage. We pondered it, really wanting to please him and in consideration of the gas mileage as responsible citizens--but we just couldnt give up on Jaguar. We have two now--still the XJ8 we bought in 2001 plus a 2013 XJ6. After owning six Jaguars, we dont foresee ever being able to purchase another kind of car.

One of the main reasons I am a repeat Buyer from British Motors is their Service Dept. They really go out of their way to make sure that the customer is taken care of! Of course, you dont have to buy a car from them to get the service quality that Ive experienced... The Service Advisors there are second to none and they are very thorough in explaining what needs to be done to your car and what has been done to the car. The whole team is friendly and I wouldnt trust my cars with anyone else!

Brought my XJ for yearly check recently - got great services, everything completed quickly. They also did detailing (on request), and a 4 years old car looked like new in the showroom. Very professional and efficient (check car for scratches while you are just getting out to speak with service rep, rep had files ready before I came in, then he personally went to arrange a loaner).

Was able to speak with the sales rep multiple times and come to an agreement over the phone, contingent upon my approval of the vehicle in person.
