John Murray, a very personable guy, introduced himself the first time my girlfriend, her dad, and I came in to purchase new cars (with 1 trade-in, 1 end of lease turn-in). After working with Lissandro Pitta, another exceptional guy, John was able to clarify how the finance process would work, especially with my credit score being below 600. He was also able to provide additional information/relief regarding my girlfriends end of lease turn-in as Atamians inconsistent "professionals" did not want to work with us. We were both able to get in to new cars. John was able to work his magic, provide numbers that would work well with our budgets, and educate us on important factors we needed now and after the deal. This experience was the least stressful Ive had at a dealership. I RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH COMMONWEALTH HONDA IN LAWRENCE, MA!

Buying a car isnt easy but Commonwealth does their best to work with you and your budget to make it as smooth and simple as possible. John bent over backwards to get us the lowest possible price during the financing stage of the process. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of in a dealership! They run a tight ship there and try their best to take the hassle out of the process. What a difference from walking into other dealerships that just want your money and dont care to listen to your concerns about your budget (ahem, atamian.) Our salesman Lissandro was so patient and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Every anxiety I had going into this process was relieved by the time I walked out of that door.

Buddy Bernard was very courteous and made for a pleasant experience. several days before going to commonwealth i received my new registration and when I went to put it in my glove box I couldnt findthe old one. I always kept my registration in a red plastic commonwealth sleeve. when I went to pick up my car the red sleeve was on the seat. It must have fallen through the opening in the glove compartment. I was very relieved to find it! I think the people who work for commonwealth motors are very hardworking and honest people!

issue with keys very well handled carol very couretous required work and wait time reasonable. Not impressed with 32 point check as i found some checks to suggest insufficent checks exc. tire pressure not checked as had to add air when i left. also recommended unesacessary repacements

Originally my service had an absurd estimated total, that would have been financially difficult for me, but my service representative, I believe it was Glenn, was extremely helpful. He looked up my warranty and found one of my service/parts was still covered because it has been less than 5 years since purchasing my vehicle. He kept me up-to-date with my cars status and was very patient as I sorted out what actions I could take. I have only gone to the Honda dealerships to receive any maintenance work and did not want to start changing it now. However, I was considering it with the amount of work I needed. He helped me lower my costs because he was concerned my breaks might be a danger and needed immediate assistance. I was very happy with my overall service and have been telling my friends and family how glad I was to have his help that day. Ive been waiting to receive this email survey so I can thank him again and let you know I was happy with my experience. Also, the shuttle driver, I believe his name was Barry, was very friendly and timely.
