I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and no pressure sales experience that Matt LaBrecque provided. I first visited the dealership alone without my spouse as I had no idea what type of vehicle I was looking for. After visiting several dealerships prior, Matt never even asked me if I had a spouse and treated me as the potential buyer and took time with me going on test drives etc. Unfortunately I experienced a few dealerships that didnt want to bother with me because my husband wasnt with me. He replied to my texts throughout the process quickly and after the sale, explained the car in detail. Matt was very personable and knowledgeable. Steve in the Infiniti finance department was great as well. Not your typical high pressure and respected our choices and did really work with us. I truly had a great car buying experience!

I stopped in at infinity of Nashua to try to narrow down the search for an suv for my wife. Henry was the first person to introduce himself and I explained to him that I was just starting the process of looking for a vehicle . Henry took the time to explain what infinity had to offer and showed me some vehicles and we test drove a couple. Over the course of the next couple months I continued looking at various vehicles. Henry would contact me every couple weeks and I returned a number of times to look closer at the qx50. Every time. Henry was courteous , and professional and at no time pushy( which works best with me). After deciding the infinity qx 50 was the vehicle we had decided on Henry made the process quite simple. His outstanding customer service and genuine honesty was truly appreciated. I can honestly say that if not for Henry Im not sure my wife would be driving an infinity. "Buyer Beware. Very Poor Customer Service"
I purchased a used 2016 Infiniti QX80 and everyone was nice and friendly while going through the buying process. The day I bought the vehicle I was told they did not have the extra key or the title but I would get both within a week or so. I wound up having to call and email daily to finally get the title 45 days later and it cost me over $500 in penalties and interest at the registry. The only person at the dealership that returned my calls was my original salesman and he had not power to do anything besides apologize. I left voicemails and sent emails to management and they told the salesperson they did not get them. If they cared they would have got my info from him and called me back. I still do not have the extra key and I would assume at this point I am not going to get it as the salesperson now wont get back to me. If you do business with them make sure you have what you need when you leave or it will be a very frustrating experience for you.

I purchased a 2013 highlander in September 2016. I started by asking about it online, and was called be a sales persons within an hour. They chose Shane, associate that was a former Toyota employee so he knew the car inside and out. Shane was readily available via text over the next few days and was transparent during negotiation. I think the car was priced incorrectly online and they did the right thing and honored the price. There was no back and forth about "let me check with my manager" and then pitching me a new deal. They gave me a fair deal based on the blue book on my trade. I was happy with my experience there, and after finalizing everything Shane drove 40 minutes out of his way to bring me the car since we had an unexpected babysitting issue. I wouldnt hesitate to go back to this dealership.

I had a confirmed appointment with Dave to look at my dream car. While I was on my way there (45 minutes) and in heavy traffic I received a call saying that they had a potential buyer with cash looking at the car. I asked how could that be if I was on my way there to look at it? I told Dave how upset I was and after about ten minutes later, he called me back and told me that the "potential" buyer decided not to buy the car. Was this usual? I then made a call to the Sales Manager Ron P who to this day has never had the courtesy to call me back. Not a great way of starting off with this dealership. I did purchase my car but I agree when I read that this dealership shows lack of concern and sub par customer service. I did not like how I was treated however, Sean made the experience salvageable and If it had not been for him, I would have left.
"Never Again Nashua!!!"
I drove up from Boston to purchase an M series in an interior and exterior color that I couldnt find locally. The car was priced fairly, however when I arrived to test drive the car, it had more mileage than what was advertised because the sales manager had been driving the car. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the car and left with my paperwork for my credit union for financing. I spoke to the sales person and kept him updated about when I would be arriving to pick up the car. On delivery day, when I arrived with check in hand, I was disappointed to learn that the sales person was out and the car was not cleaned or ready for delivery, I felt like turning around and walking away from the deal but I really needed a car. I received a half hearted apology from the manager while I sat and waited 4 hours for the car to be sent to the service department to be cleaned and some minor repairs made and delivered. What should have been a one hour transaction, turned into four. When I finally got into the car to leave, the tank was only half full. I asked why the car was not deliver with a full tank and I was told that I was not purchasing a "brand new car" so the dealer dont generally fill the tank. I told the manager that after my day long experience at the dealer that it was the least that they could do, at which point he had the tank filled. Reading the other reviews only confirmed the subpar experience I had with this dealership. This dealership is mediocre, lacking, and substandard. Never again will I purchase from Infiniti of Nashua or recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a used WRX here and it was a great experience. The salesperson, Chris C., was extremely helpful and knew an impressive amount about the car even though this is not a Subaru dealership. The business manager Chris T. made the finance extremely easy and hassle free. While I am not an Infinity guy I would certainly go back for the right car!

Hugh McQueen and the team at inifinit of Nashua is the only place I go to buy a vehicle, and has been for several years (and fun new inifinitis). They have always done everything they can to make the process simple, clear, and to get me the best deal possible. Going through a divorce is throwing my credit rating through ups and down, making financing questionable, But Hugh and the team at Infiniti of Nashua made it easier than anticipated. They did all of the work in the background to make my deal happen and I could not be happier. I would recommend Infiniti of Nasha to everyone - New Infiniti, used infiniti or any used car - Ive trusted them with all of my vehicles since 2009 (when I drove my first infiniti).

I was rushed into the purchase. Not their fault, mine. Once the purchase was made, I couldnt get a return call to my few questions. Also had a disappointing call with parts manager. Didnt care about my needs. Would not recommend this dealership. Too bad, Infiniti is a great car just not at this dealership.

Probably one of the worst service department and dealership management experiences I have ever personally witnessed. I am extremely disappointed to the point where I really regret purchasing an Infiniti. Now Im stuck with this dealership because there arent any other Infiniti dealers around. My issue is that the people at this dealership simply dont care. The service department doesnt return phone calls, the managers disappear when there is a complaint, they never resolved my issues, and they drove about 1/2 tanks worth of gas and gave me my car back with the gas light on and about a gallon in the tank. Luckily there is a Cumberland Farms next door with gas pumps. I like the car (JX 35) but should have got a different car at a dealership that knew how to respect their buyers. Ive owned Audi, Volvo, and BMW. Those dealerships knew how to treat a customer. I dont think it is unreasonable to expect a 24 hr call back time with a dealers service department. It was 6 days and neither the manager nor service department got back to me after numerous messages.

"Unattentive, Lacking Customer Service."
Leased our fourth Inifiniti, the second from this dealership and probably our last Infiniti lease. The registration was not ready when the vehicle was picked up, and was promised to be delivered on Monday. It never arrived, 9 emails and it finally arrived 10 days after the vehicle was picked up. Only to find that the incorrect plate number was on the paperwork and we could not get an inspection sticker on the new vehicle. Its now a month later and the dealership has been of no assistance in correcting this problem. After spending the greater part of a day on the phone, our insurance company is correcting the problem. For a company that wants to compete in the high end market, they certainly need a lesson in customer service. There was no call from the dealership to see if the issue had been resolved and when brought to their attention that we have a brand new vehicle that we can not drive the response was underwhelming at best. 28 days without the use of the vehicle and no offer of compensation of any kind and very little concern. A loaner car until the issue was resolved would have been shown an iota of concern. A phone call to follow up on the status would have gone a long way but after this long its obvious that once the car is off the lot, its not their problem.
"Cigarette Cars"
I nearly purchased a car at this dealer but before making a 450 mile round trip drive I asked one simle question, "Was this car owned by a smoker?" I was told "No" so I made the drive only to get there and open the car door and instantly smell a strong dose of cigareete smoke. The car also had nearly 3,000 more miles on it then advertised and it was the managers special because it had been on the lot for three months. After some questioning I learned that the car was actually been driven by the sales manager who happened to be a smoker. I sat in 6 other cars before leaving and wouldnt you know it 5 of them also smelled like smoke and the other car that didnt smell like smoke smelled strongly of perfume, possibly to mask the smell of smoke. What a shame for an Infiniti dealer to allow their managers to drive used cars home at night and allow them to smoke in them. So, if you are a smoker, this is the place to go. If not, stay away.
