I was in need of a reliable good car as soon as possible. My credit is not great but with the sales man Jason Haroz help he got me a great car for a price I could afford. The car is great on gas, was low mileage and is newer than I thought I was able to get. Not to mention everything is in great condition inside out. The staff at this location was also just a pleasure to be around. They really changed my view of how car shopping at dealerships have been for me. Over all experience was wonderful and I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my loved ones or even revisit myself for another car.

I currently have three (3) Kias, all from Healey Kia and would not deal with anybody else. I travel over 1 hour to service my vehicles at this dealership because they are top notch. My sales person, Brandon, is great and a real professional. The finance manager, Mark, is a wizard when it comes to the numbers. I also have a chevy suburban from your other dealership. I am always treated with respect and they go out of their way to help you. I have found a great dealership and will continue to deal with them in the future.

With my last car on its last legs, I was in a real bind. Having been to multiple dealerships, I was prepared to be upsold and pressured into something that I couldnt afford. Instead, I was treated like a person, and the sales team worked with me to get into a car that fit my needs (limited funds and a high mileage commute). I am giving the buying process four out of five stars because it was a very lengthy process that was made longer by my sales representative being pulled away multiple times to smooth out a disgruntled customers concerns. That being said, both my situation and the disgruntled customers situation was handled with compassion and care. Had I been there at a time where the full sales staff was on the floor, it probably wouldnt have impacted my experience.

Nick and Steve took good care of me and made my 88 mile one way trip worth it. I drove home my new to me 2013 Silverado 3 hours after walking in their door for the first time. Fair price on the 2013 and a reasonable trade-in price on my 2004 Silverado. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM!!

Hello future Kia buyers, "not only is it the car that makes the person, but the dealership as well." I dont think anyone famous has said that. So, as I was on my way elsewhere from Toyota to Honda, and I thought, fine, might as well check out the Kia, (besides, when the Optima came out a few years ago, you gotta admit...really nice..) as I passed by the dealership. Walked to the used section and found exactly what I wasnt even looking for. I went from a GVW of 6000+ to a Blk/Blk Kia Optima Hybrid. Perfect with everything included; cooled seats? really? heated steering wheel? really? panoramic sunroof? 40/mpg? for how much? thats all? and simonized because I have a kid on the way? and the extended warranty wrap around whatever thingy? I was sold on the price immediately and then the car and then the service that I received. As I would love to go into the relationship that was established by both parties and more than a handful of those that are employed there..from front to back, him, her, them, him..who ever..everyone looks you in the eye and has the utmost genuine smile that is not only contagious, but infectious, as well. A really extraordinary group of people that are in this for me. Thats what I got from them.. When you walk into Healy Kia, expected to be not overwhelmed, but extremely pleasantly surprised and oddly comfortable. If this is your choice of car or suv or whatever you choose, you will be enamored with yourself in your Kia for quite a while; which may get you into trouble at work because you want to play hookie and go for a long drive.... my car is sooooooo coooooll....I cant get over it...and I wont..I jokingly went back to the dealership a week after buying it and went right to the manager with this kinda angry look on my face. "I have a serious problem with the car." He was ready to ease whatever ailed me. "I really like this ________ car!" ;) My only problem is that there is are No Smoking signs hanging everywhere in the car from my wife..otherwise, perfect car. Im sold; its sold Healy is my go-to The KIA Optima Hybrid is an instant classic, sporty enough for mom, kids, even dad, vehicle that hits all the "high" notes in your mind and "low" notes in your wallet. Lets put it this way, the KIA got more compliments and alcolades at a recent family reunion then all three kids combined. Now thats saying something. I didnt think that there was, or ever could be, sibling rivalry with a KIA. :) Even my crotchety old Cadillac-new-lease-every-year-or-two father of 80, knows that KIA is one of the top cars of recent years.. Our experience with Healey Kia was such an easy experience. Usually, it takes a long time to buy a car from other dealerships. My wife leased a car from Healey Kia 3 years ago and told me to do the same this year. Our salesman, Jason, was knowledgeable about the cars and very personable. While on the test drive, he answered any questions we had and even came up with some concerns that other people may have had with certain models. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be back when my children are ready to drive in a few years.

the most unusually experience weve ever had at a car dealership! we HATE car shopping.were both in our 60s so weve done it a lot of times. we were shocked; everyone said "hi" when we walked in (never happened before) a salesman came over immediately (never happened before & they were packed too). we were introduced to the mgr. who was an integral part of the process. we drove a car, got a written estimate and then the mgr came over, acknowledged all our choices, including a KIA in our town (we traveled 45 mins as our local KIA was closed on Sunday (really?) & asked what he could do to get the business that day. It was a great conversation & we got an offer we couldnt refuse. It was a great environment; weve never had an experience like this. weve already recommended this dealership to everyone we talk to about our new KIA

We were looking for a small Kia and had a very unfavorable experience with another local dealer. We stopped in at Healey Kia and were immediately greeted by a salesperson. The entire atmosphere was so different. Every salesperson greeted us warmly even though we were already with our salesperson, we met the manager even before we test drove any cars, and we had a full introduction to the inside and outside of the car before we tried it out. Prices and options were clearly printed out for us in a neat and understandable format. There was no "back room" manager who mysteriously sent our salesperson back with a number. The manager was at a desk nearby and came to us with all the information we needed to make a decision. The entire staff was warm and helpful, including the person who answered the phone when we called with questions later in the day. After our purchase, the paperwork and service options were clearly explained without pressure or hard-sell tactics. Again, every person at the dealership was polite, helpful and cordial. I will buy another car from them when I am ready to get a new car again.
