I just leased a loaded 2017 i3 REX from Rusnak and it was the best car buying experience Ive had in years. Im an experienced car buyer and a long time BMW driver. Over the years, Ive leased or purchased BMWs for myself and family members at Century West, Center, Pacific, Nick Alexander, and now Rusnak. This time around, Rusnak won hands down and by a mile! Of course, its always the case that a good deal on any given day across the many BMW dealerships in the LA area depend upon on many factors. But in this case, not only did Rusnak beat the market by a lot, they were willing to quote me a competitive price over the phone, and then closed the deal in a text exchange. To me, that showed respect for my time and the trust that Im a serious buyer in a world where most dealerships insist that they will only quote prices in person. By doing this, however, Rusnak also bore the added risk of cold call customers using their quotes to compete on price against other dealers in the market. That said, I did work their price against other dealers in the marketplace -- this is America, after all! -- going so far as to meet with a sales manager at another dealership with whom Ive done a lot of business in the past. I asked him to evaluate the strength of Andrew and Mikes offer with an opportunity to beat it. If he had come within striking distance, I may have kept my business with him. But Rusnaks offer was just too strong. Ultimately, my longtime sales manager was impressed with their offer and advised me to take it with no had feelings. Last, Ive made deals over the phone that later turned out to be merely a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get me into the dealership. This was never the case with Andrew and Mike. They honored the deal they made and the in-person experience at the dealership was a pleasure. It was fast, pleasant, and great all-around. All that said, Andrew and Mike are exceptional professionals, and, along with Rusnak, have definitely earned my business for years to come.
