I drove an old car that was at the end of its life and needed to start looking for an upgrade. My first test drive was at Crowley Nissan with David Bauchiero and we drove a 2013 and 2016 Nissan Rogue. I liked both but since it was my first time test driving, wanted to keep exploring my options and researching. David was upfront about pricing (gave me very detailed breakdowns of my options) and understood that I wanted to keep looking around. I went and test drove at other dealerships and tried other makes and models and continued to look for the best prices. David kept in touch and Crowley had a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select become available a week later. He gave me the pricing breakdown again and I came in for a test drive and loved it - it had everything I was looking for. David answered all my questions thoroughly and even called my insurance agent for me. Crowley wanted to detail the car before I picked it up so I was able to come back the next morning, finish up the paperwork, trade in my old car and drive away in the new one! Very happy overall with the experience and especially Davids help. Katie Crowley helped us with the paperwork and was great at explaining everything to me. So far, no issues with the car but will update if anything changes. I recommend going to Crowley to look for your next car!

Recently purchased my Rogue through the Crowley Auto Group of Bristol. It was one of the better car purchases Ive had in my life. Dana (my sales associate) was very good at answering all of my questions. This was my first SUV purchase and I had a lot of questions. He was low pressure and kept me well informed by telephone and/or email during the entire buying process. Kate (business manager) was able to answer my questions and explain the lending process and warranties available. Its been more than 14 years since I purchased a new vehicle. Overall, it was a pleasant car buying experience and I would recommend the Crowley Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

As a customer who brings 3 Nissan vehicles in for service I was dissapointed in my last visit. After 2 hrs of diagnostic charges the problem was not found. Was told my vehicle would have to stay another 2 days for more testing. Ended up not having anything repaired and just having alarm system disabled. So left with large bill and no alarm system and no interior lights working. I understand electrical issues can be tricky but wasnt happy with the outcome.

I am still rating the service with a 5 because of the quality of service the 2nd time. However, I would like to request a complementary oil change at my next visit.

My keyfob stopped working. I brought it in as was told my remote starter which had been installed for over a year with no issues, was suddenly creating a problem with the Nissan "intellikey". Josh in the service department was condescending and rude. I was told "you were the one who decided to have an aftermarket remote starter installed." I said when I bought the car I was not made aware that I should not have a remote starter installed to which he replied, "did you read your contract?". Its fine if you want to blame a remote starter for the fault of the garbage key, you get paid to defend the brand and steer thing away from being covered by the warranty. I get it. But no need to be completely rude about it.

Service writer, josh is very rude. Worked on my car. Like I said josh, is a service writer. Had to stop him. He told me he worked on tanks and had served his country. Well my new car is not a tank... one thing after another with this company. Go to a dealer where you will get the service you deserve. Called Fontaine a manager twice. Never got a response. You should see the new window molding they installed. It looks used, all chewed up. They chipped my paint installing new molding. Back again. The over spray on my new windshield is unbelievable. Advice, go somewhere else...
