First my over experience leasing my new car was exceptional! However move over to the Service dept and its a whole different story. ZERO follow up on parts, no follow up calls, no email response from Servixe Manager, two emails and ZERO Response! Poor tracking on my account with notes and service, its just bad. Sure they are nice when you visit but forget about getting a phone call back from anyone in the Service dept.
