I had been looking for a used Range Rover and came across European Auto House because of their extensive inventory of luxury used cars. Had such a great experience working with them to find the perfect car. They also offered me a great trade in price for my old car. I couldnt be happier with my Range Rover sport. The interior is in immaculate condition and super clean. The owner got me a great apr rate and worked out my monthly payments for the time period I desired. I was expecting a long drawn out process of buying a car and it they made this experience so quick and easy for me. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a used luxury cars. 5 stars all around!! :)

I had already done my online research and knew the parameters of the car I wanted. I was trading in a recently purchased 2004 CLK 500 that was in much rougher condition than I had realized at the time of purchase from a private party. I had a pretty good idea of the trade in value and was prepared to take the loss. They were more generous than they needed to be. The entire experience was one of ease. No pressure. I test drove the car twice. Once we shook on the deal, the paperwork was quick. I left with a great car I wont have to worry about for a long time that I am absolutely in love with and the knowledge that the price was more than fair. Generously so. If you are in the market for a used car in great shape that is within their inventory, I highly recommend them as the place you go. Chances are, you will then happily spend the rest of day driving your new-to-you beauty. Mike - thanks for my best car purchase experience ever!

Omg- these guys are AMAZING! I came here on Saturday- as a last resort no less- after spending the entire day car shopping, my friend suggested we stop here for a quick look. The first thing that we appreciated was no being immediately bombarded by vulture-like salespeople. Von approached us in a very professional and friendly manner. He asked us what we were looking for, and we told him exactly what we wanted. He showed us a few options, and zero pressure at all. I immediately fell in lust with the Benz ML350, and of course my lacking a poker face, I couldve easily been taken advantage of. Lol! But not here. Von took us in his office, pulled my credit- which is atrocious and pretty much non-exsistant, and he gave my paperwork to Michael. Micheal got on it and made some magic happen. Not only did I get approved, but he wroked in getting me a very amazing apr- or interest-whatever-its-called. I was really floored that he got me an incredible deal. First time buyer with non-existing/bad credit? Thank you!! And these guys are fast- which made my car buying experience that much better. This car dealer does not keep his word on anything, he is allergic to the truth, integrity and just doing the right thing. He has an extraordinary ability to be very deceptive and conning during the transaction with a smile on his face and a hand out ready for shaking, then seamlessly dismiss any agreements he makes to remedy a situation or very aggressively deny any fault as well as completely abandon any issues with you and the pieced together vehicle you purchased from them. They DENY DENY DENY. ARGUE ARGUE ARGUE. Then DENY so more. The car was fine the moment you drove off.... This is their motto and they wear it as a badge of honor. Case and point - They agreed to have the car I purchased - that kept smoking, stalling and making a high-pitch noise under the hood diagnosed by their own 3rd party mechanic and only their own 3rd party mechanic. After their mechanic found several items (more than 5 of them), they only agreed to fix 2 of them. The car continues to smoke and stall - it has stalled while in operation a total of 4 times by this point. Then they reneged causing their own 3rd party mechanic to no longer want to deal with it - this is after they had already ordered parts. Then they send me to a dealer (Santa Monica Mercedes) who states that they will only do what Michael says and only communicate to him as thats their valued customer. The car has now stalled while in operation 6 times and continues to smoke and experience noise under the hood. Miraculously, all the error messages on the car are gone, cleared, erased, vanished into thin air (YES, all 6 of them) and the dealer (Santa Monica Mercedes) blames the 1st mechanic shop stating they must have erased everything and they can not find a thing wrong with the car - not one single thing. Santa Monica Mercedes claims that they can not get any readings as it has been erased, so they dont know what to fix or if anything was ever really wrong at all. They can not go by the diagnostic already performed and without any readings from their system, they - Santa Monica Mercedes certified Mercedes mechanics can not just tell me what they see with their own 2 eyes, training and expertise without the ability to read the error messages through their technology as everything has magically and astonishingly disappeared. Imagine that! They can not use the diagnostic completed by the 3rd party mechanic because they dont know this shop. When I give the printout of the diagnostic already performed to their service guy, he can not understand it - although it is in very clear english with a description of exactly what each failed code means. I go down the line explaining what it says myself since he apparently can not understand it. And guess what - He still does not understand. Michael agains stops the repairs. After I again insist he must do what he already agreed to thus far, Michael later only approves 1 repair unbeknownst to me. I only find out when I ask the dealer for the old parts - thats when the Santa Monica service guy tells me the car was only approved by Michael to receive 1 repair. A partial repair - replacement of switch and not the key also with the switch! The second repair he reneges on completely. The problem with the ignition may still exist after this. Both Santa Monica Mercedes and Michael failed to do the right thing. Not only did Michael pledge to do these repairs in repeated emails to me, but also to BBB of Los Angeles and Business Consumer Alliance. According to Michael these 2 repairs were to be completed all as a good will/faith gesture to a dissatisfied customer. So the car still has all the issues minus almost one and I am still dissatisfied minus almost one. Please keep in mind that he had already agreed to 2 of the repairs but chose to only perform a partial of 1. He could not keep his word for more than a day at a time. This lot offers sub-standard cars under the pretense of high-end, top quality used vehicles. BUYER BEWARE. They are nice during the transaction but once you have the car you will experience problems within days and they will not remedy the issues, offer any sort of service, customer service, common decency nor professionalism. They are knowing selling sub-par cars and getting top dollar for these vehicles. Sleazy is a compliment at this lot.

My wife and I spent 2days and many hours shopping for her 2009 ford flex limited! Our journey began in Santa Barbara ca, then Ventura then Los Angeles! After many test drives and sales people! We were about to settle with something and I grabbed my iPhone found the car I had researched earlier and called Michael, and European Auto House, asked him about 2009 ford flex limited he advertised online, we talked price, I made my offer and Michael agreed! My wife and I went to the bank got our cashiers check and drove to European Auto House. When we arrived we test drove the car and my wife and I loved it! It had everything we wanted and more for what we paid! Michael and his staff were very accommodating and professional! We are very happy with our purchase!
