I recently bought a 991.1 S Cabriolet from Sports Trend and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Randy was great to work with and handled everything in a professional and efficient manner. He was very upfront in describing the vehicle and negotiating price, and treated me fairly on both counts. This was an online transaction with the vehicle shipping sight unseen to RI, so I very much appreciated the high level of integrity I found in Randy, the good communication at every step in the process, and how everything went fine with no surprises or anything unexpected at any point. Saw the car I was interested in on-line via Cars.com. Contacted the dealer via the e-mail link. The response was the same day on a weekend. I received GREAT customer service, arranged the financing and warranty via phone. I flew down to Burbank, was picked up by the dealer at the airport. Test drove the car, concluded the purchase, and was on the road home by lunch time. The car was exactly as represented, and I am very satisfied with the purchase.
