I recently bought my third Honda from Honda of Santa Monica, and I am writing to share with you how please I am with the transaction. First of all I must acknowledge the service team. They are, in short, outstanding. It is because of their excellent work and my relationship with them that I made a point of buying again from them. I have worked with many on the service team over the years from Cameron to Ron and they are all outstanding. When I wanted a new van, I called Marc Uchiyama first. Marc sold me my last van 11 years ago and has serviced it every since. Marc knows me by site on a first name basis. He knows what I want and dont want and how I operate. His level of service is fantastic. Marc put me in touch with Ronnie Shahid and Ronnie took it from there. Like Marc, Ronnie is fantastic too. We spoke on the phone worked out the details and I came in with a check and drove out the van. Ronnie had all the paperwork ready to go and made the process simple, quick and enjoyable. Florin Lasca, was great too with the same level of professionalism and respect that the rest of the team had. I love the new van and am looking forward to continuing my ongoing relationship with Honda of Santa Monica.

I take my car to Honda of Santa Monica for scheduled maintenance, and have done so since the late 90s (for 4 cars). I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and their customer service. I have never had a negative experience. I know that I could probably get the work done for less money elsewhere, but I doubt that the quality would be on par, and past experience has proven that to be true. You get what you pay for!

To clarify my answers, (1) I purchased my honda civic at honda of santa monica almost ten years ago, and (2) I bring my car in for servicing regularly - mainly for the oil change and inspection special - before and after any long road trip. I find the service to be excellent, the staff to be both knowledgeable and curteous, and the atmosphere in the waiting room to be pleasant.

My granddaughter made an appt to see a car she liked. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see it finding it had been sold. It would have been nice to have gotten a phone call about the sell of the car. However we found another car she liked and bought it.

Did find a car online. I wanted to make the process simple so I began texting and emailing the internet sales manager. She seemed nice initially but after them receiving our credit app and they were waiting for bank approval (for days). She said she would let me know on a Wednesday. By late Wednesday I called the dealer and she was actually off for the next 2 days. I was then transferred to the finance dept where I was only able to leave a voicemail and nobody called back. I waited until Friday when I knew she was back at work, she told me she would send my paperwork in for a different car than I was interested in, without even asking and that she would get back to me by end of the day. I received nothing. No text, email, letter or phone call to this day. I am currently composing this review while I am at hb jeep. I have been approved and Im just about to sign documents. I would not recommend Santa Monica Honda to my worst enemy. I have my text thread to verify all of this.

Honda of Santa Monica service representatives are the most courteous and professional in the industry. Ive tried other service departments and Honda of Santa Monica supersedes them all. Taking my car in for service is stress free and completed in a timely manner with or without a service reservation. The service pricing is good too and offer a good value. Buying a new or used car from Honda of Santa Monica via their No-Haggle pricing is the best. If you have shopped around other dealers and show up here, you will quickly realize how much you are saving and look no more.
