Before I begin this review its important to note that I do not work for Nissan of garden city nor do I have any relatives or or special interests in this company. I write this review of free will without any rewards or incentives. Now within in the last 2 years I have changed and financed two Maximas (yes I like the Nissan Maxima) and yesterday i took a relative of mine to lease his first car, a Nissan Sentra. The service, the service... its just exceptional!! I have always dealt with Lamont, a professional salesman who shows great excitement, knowledge and really reads the type of vehicle you like and breaks down your options in layman terms that makes the buying experience so simple. Jonathan, a finance manager ( I hope I got the title correct) breaks down the deals to meet the payments you want or the best options to get you in the car you like. When you are ready to get into your car , Gabriela, a woman with such an insight into the details of the car reviews all those details of the car that just makes you say "wow, it has all those features " but keep up she knows a lot and leaves out nothing. Kudos to this team. I know the other reps here are quite professional and courteous but I just wanted to let everyone know how great my experience was. So if you need to get a car get your butt down to Nissan of garden city . Oh just a mention, if youre looking for the Nissan GT-R they have some just waiting and eager for drivers.

"Watch Out For Added Fees And Rude Managers"
I was interested in a Murano. After calling them for two days, a sales manager finally returned my call he immediately added about 1190 in extra fees to the final price. Very abruptly told me that he doesnt hold cars or takes deposits. Salesman had previously told me that sometimes they remove the extra charges but the manager didnt want to acknowledge that.

"No Desire To Deal With Out Of Town Customers..."
Sales Rep refused to talk to me about how to make a deal over the phone or out of town. Says you have to come in to the dealership...from Texas or no use in talking. Why advertise on a "national" network/website when you cant do business long distance. Every time I called to try to talk to a different person, I was routed to the same person...Elizabeth Sanchez. The car is still siting on the lot after a month...wonder if the sales manager knows it could be sold!

I DONT recommend this dealer at all! EXTREMELY bad service. IF YOU DON"T BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE! Never place a deposit cause "they will drag you in many ways to get your refund". Put you on hold for a long time and toss you from person to person. Days turned in to WEEKS and still no refund. They will ask you to speak to Belinda or whoever and they dont even know when that person will be available and dont even have a phone number. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Drove all the way from upstate NY (350miles) to purchase 2013 Nissan Leaf back in August, filled out a credit application and all the paperwork. They could not release the car to me due to the factory recall, they were supposed to call me to set up a pick up after the recall was fixed. Waited for 6 weeks no calls, I decided to call them to find out what was going on, my sales person Ian told me that the car was already sold to somebody else...
