I dont normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! Its like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didnt really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didnt wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

The service at Watertown Ford service center is excelled. I used their drop box for the first time, leaving my keys and the reason for my service visit and they timely fixed the problem with my car, as well as kept my car in their parking lot until I was able to pick it up. The times I have waited in their guest waiting area I found the area to be clean, fully stocked with snacks and there were several magazines as well as a TV for our use.

I bought my car in January of 2016 from the Watertown Ford dealership and have been having it serviced through their shop since then. Ive only needed a few minor things done like oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks. Each time I have an extremely positive experience. The staff are helpful and accommodating (allowing me to drop the car off and pick it up when it is convenient for me) and the turnaround time is quick for minor things.

With in 30 minutes of me dropping off my car, I received a phone call from Dave who said that my car needed a fan belt replaced. They were professional and honest and I was able to get my car back same day.

I had to wait for over 3 hours for my regular service on my vehicle. I had one part replaced and found the bag the part came in under my seat later that week--I spent over $200 to repair a single plastic part and they didnt even clean up their trash. The facility was clean and accommodating.

Being close to work Watertown Ford has become my go to from oil changes to recalls to minor repairs needed. They are always extremely friendly and attentive. From the sweet greeter at the door who always offers coffee, snack or beverage and makes you feel like your walking into your grandmothers house to the front desk service agents who dont make you feel like an idiot who knows nothing about cars. Everyone there makes the experience not just painless but enjoyable!

I knew that the repairs needed would cost me a penny or two, but wasnt sure exactly how much so I used the time my oil change took to look at their Sale Lot down the street from the Service Center. Upon entering the lot we were greeted by a enthusiastic older gentleman on a golf cart, but were not prodded with questions. This made browsing the cars more enjoyable and we took our time as needed. The Service Center reached out in a very timely manner to discuss the repairs and cost and agreed to hold off on the repairs so I had some time to think about trading vehicles. Within a few days I test drive a few vehicles and discussed possible financing with Ford. Eric ensured that someone appraised my Edge while it was at the Service center so I knew what I was working with and was easy to reach via phone and text. I didnt receive cold calls about buying a vehicle, and the whole team helped to make a credit approval work for me to ensure my new payments would be within reach! The only extra phone call I received was a suggestion from Eric to consider a new Focus with less features to get a better credit approval instead of considering of a pre-owned Titanium. While the thought was much appreciated, I just couldnt pass up the Focus I already had my eyes set on. Overall I had a great experience with Watertown Ford and signed for new car and drive it off the lot within a week of my oil change. The choice to go through Watertown Ford was easy, they werent pushy, I wasnt being steered to cars I didnt want, I didnt receive cold calls, they were friendly and worked with me, not against me; not to mention theyre around the corner. I would definitely recommend them!
