I went in last week looking for a 2017 Chevy Malibu. We dealt with Tom H. and couldnt be happier. He explained everything and made it a point to make sure we understood the entirety of the lease agreement. We left the dealership with a fantastic deal without any doubt that the staff did everything that they could to make us comfortable and informed. I would say it was excellent. When I come in they are very attentive to my needs. The only thing I would like to see done is to give the option of a loaner car. I have to sit and wait for my car as I dont live in the area. I know I can go to any Chevrolet dealer but I do believe in maintenance as to were I purchased the car. But a loaner car would be great for me as I dont have anyone to pick me up and take me back.. Overall I am more than pleased...

I was offered coffee and a bagel and a very nice gentlemen (I wish I could remember his name) came over and asked me if there was anything I would like and we spoke for awhile. I think he was a customer rep maybe? I worked for GM many years ago in NYC and he worked in the city at that time too and we had a very enjoyable conversation about working in NY in the 60s. He also was very informative about answering some questions I had about purchasing new cars in the future. I would say that my visit to Chevy 112 was enjoyable. He was very honest with us, didnt play games like they do at many other dealerships, and was able to work out a deal for us that we were satisfied with. I have 2 other Hyundai leases and will definitely come back when I am ready for a new one.

I was totally impressed! My sales consultant Austin Malkasian was amazing! He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything about the 2015 Camaro 2LT that I was leasing and the differences between my previous 2011 Camaro 2LT and my new 2015 Camaro 2LT. He told me the process would be easy, and indeed it was. I came into Chevy 112 expecting to put a down payment on a car, wait some time for loan approval, and return in a day or two to pick up my car. Instead, I met an outstanding professional young sales consultant, who easily guided me through the entire process, and I left a short time later with my new Camaro. I would also like to mention the person who handled the financing. Unfortunately, I dont remember his name, but he also was extremely courteous and patient. Kudos to Chevy 112! You have a satisfied customer for life!

While our buying experience 4 yrs ago was a terrible one, I would most definitely recommend the service department. I am disappointed that a 4 yr old vehicle required so much expensive work, but the service department was really professional and went out of their way to make this a decent experience for us. I have an extremely busy schedule with work and 3 kids and leaving my car for 3 days would have caused missed days at work and my kids to miss their extra curricular activities. Nick, Michelle and Heidi were amazing and got us a loaner, which made all the difference. 3 days later when the check engine light came back on, I called and they said bring it right in. They were honest and true to their word about the service on my car. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little less stressful.

By far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle in over 45 years of doing so. Upon entering the show room we were greeted by a young, enthusiastic and vibrant salesman Frank Taravella who was not as is so often the case all about closing the deal, but took a genuine interest is us and our needs foremost. He offered to work up various comparison packages on several variations of our desired truck purchase and eventually settled us on a best value for dollar truck that we are the proud owners of today. Our experience with 112 Chevrolet started with an internet inquiry which was followed up by a polite and courteous call from Roxanna of Internet Sales who was very informative and congenial which drew us to the dealership the next day. I needed my car inspected, oil changed and tires rotated. I called and was happy to get an appointment so fast and on a Saturday, so I didnt have to rush to the dealership before work. Everything was finished by early afternoon, as promised. The best part was there was no charge, as it was included when I leased the car last year! I love my new 2014 Equinox and have always had great service from Chevrolet 112 with all the cars weve bought or leased from there. Thank you! I had requested that a small scratch on the back, left bumper be looked at and if possible use compound to remove it. I had called prior to ask if this was something chevy could do and I was told to bring it in to get looked at which was exactly what I did. After the appointment I was told nothing was looked at nor done to the scratch which was disappointing since I specifically made this request.

I was scheduled to stay with the vehicle for an oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. From the time I walked in to the time I left was an hour. Went very quick.
