This was a last minute repair as the minimum engine oil warning came on. Even though I wasnt due for an oil change just yet, Ken presented my options and never pressured me for a full service as I could have easily topped off the oil and been on my way for another month. I was in at 11 and out by 4:30 as promised. No delays, no problems, car was washed and ready. This is the reason I come back to Paul Miller rather than the dealer I purchased the X3.

I recently had an excellent experience with Paul Miller BMW, and specifically with service advisor Robert Smith. I own a 2011 BMW 535xi with over 90,000 miles. I had never been to Paul Miller before for service and came in seeking to have the brakes (rotors and pads) replaced under the extended warrantee, since they had never been done. Unfortunately, corporate BMW would not approve the brakes, taking the position first that they were not covered by the extended warrantee, which was incorrect, and then claiming that the pads and rotors didn’t need replacement despite the passage of 90,000 miles, squeaking and now warping. My experience with corporate BMW was totally negative and caused me to have very strong feeling of never purchasing a BMW again. Thankfully, my experience with corporate was in no way mirrored by my experience with Paul Miller BMW. The Dealership took it upon themselves to replace both the front and rear rotors and pads at no charge to me, providing this merely as a goodwill gesture to a customer. I was truly impressed that the Dealership would take the position that BMW should have, and absorb the cost of these items. Clearly, they understand what it means to develop and maintain a client base and thy have earned my respect and continued business by their professionalism. TERENCE M. SCOTT

Two days ago, I picked up my beautiful new 2017 BMW i3 from Paul Miller BMW. And I drove 110 miles from Philadelphia to lease my car from this dealership. I had a great salesperson - Jimmy Jones. Why drive all they way to this dealer from Philly? Heres why: I found the car with the exact color and features I was looking for. I used the chat feature on the web site to ask to speak to someone about the car. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Jimmy Jones, the i3 specialist. I was heading out of town to Chicago for vacation, so I was very upfront with Jimmy. I basically told Jimmy what I was willing to pay based on two existing offers from other dealers, and said if he could meet of beat those deals, we had something to talk about. Otherwise we could keep it short. Over the next 3-4 days, and mostly over text, Jimmy and I negotiated a deal that I was very happy with, for the car I wanted. No pushy sales tactics, no games, just honest back and forth. When we finally spoke at length to finalize things, I found Jimmy to be very friendly--I felt like I wanted to grab a beer with him. Two days later I drove to Wayne, NJ to pick up the car. Jimmy helped me get my existing car lease turned in and got me set up with the new car. The finance manager went over the financial details without the drama and pushy up-sell tactics I have experienced at other dealers in the past. In total it probably took only 15 minutes to review and sign all the paperwork. Overall, working with Jimmy was just a really good experience. And the experience getting the car from the dealer was efficient and pleasant. It was a pain to drive 110 miles each way to get to Paul Miller BMW, but when its time for my next car, I will seriously consider making the trip,
