Leased a 2017 Traverse from Felix with the help of truly professional David Loyola who did all the work , from finding a vehicle I needed to qualifying me for a loan and getting approved for it , to preparing all necessary documents in few hours over the phone and online . That saveed my day , it took me only little over 45 minutes to walk in to the dealership , get detailed introduction to the car by David, visit the finance office sign already prepared lease documents and drive off. I have purchased and leased cars for last 25 years, however my last experience with Felix Chevrolet was surprisingly civilized, respectful and pleasant . Thank you David .

With Felix I am now the owner of a Chevy Cruze, received a great option package and all with no money down. My brother did co-sign but we both agree I got a pretty good deal. I would recommend seeing Phillipe Jordan. Hes from the old school. Good customer service, is upfront and no bull. Refreshing thats for sure.

Ive been to the service center twice: the first time I wasnt able to get an answer from anyone on timing for a routine oil change and finally received the car back 4 hours later. The second time is worse: horrible customer service, cant diagnose an electrical issue, and the car has been there for two days and I still dont have it back after a routine oil change and to fix seat warmers. I will never go back.

I previously bought a used 2010 Suburban from this dealer. When I went to trade-in on my Impala, I got top value as they had been the exclusive maintenance vendor on my Suburban. The service advisors know be by name and are always accurate in their estimates as well as the time maintenance will take.

"Just Letting You Know What Happened"
In 2004 my husband bought a 2003 chevy Silverado. Well we find out it had been in an accident before and they fixed the problem by using bondo and they never told us about it, so we tried contacting them about it and they would not comply or return calls. So my advice is take a magnet with you and run it all around the car you may be intrested in to see for yourself if the car had been in any type of accident. Very disappointing.
