"Great Work But Not Exceptional"
Car needed to be serviced due to ongoing coolant leak. This was interesting since we just had the car in a few months back for an engine replacement and replacement of all coolant hoses and a new radiator as suggested by the service manager. Told by the service advisor the expansion coolant tank was cracked and leaking and needed to be replaced at an additional cost. Frustrating because if you are replacing the engine and the main cooling components wouldnt one think to have this replaced at the same time? Well, the tank was replaced but thinking from the outside as a customer this should have been done simultaneously with the engine and radiator. Work done, car runs great, no more coolant leaks - happy family!

8-16-2017 we took our car 2002 m3 for a diagnose and a change oil if needed.. what they did is they didnt call us they change the freaking oil.and after they told us they need to replace the oil censor and needs to drain the oil again. If these people know what theyre doing they should have too it off first and diagnose instead of changing the oil and draining it.

This guy is either doesnt know what hes doing or just trying to make something get fixed
