"Cant Fix Anything"
They would say something broke and fix it only to have something else break on the way home
"Good Customer Service!"
The sales staff at Century West BMW was helpful in answering my questions about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Although we did not complete a deal, their helpfulness and level of service made my experience with them a pleasant one.
"Disappointed"
Lease a car three years ago. Was a terrific experience. Went back to lease a new one recently. The response and reception toward my repeat business couldnt have been worse. I ended up at another dealership. Weak.
"Unbelievable Non Responsive"
Non responsive to questions, no follow through or follow up. Ive had two experiences with this dealer and three different representatives. They totally drop the ball, dont do what they tell you they will. I certainly wouldnt be comfortable making a purchase from a dealership that repeatedly drops the ball.
"Customer View"
I wanted a BMW 2014 428, filled out the credit application twice, once from a salesman who forwarded the link to BMW Credit application and since that day (Late October and early November) I havent heard not one thing! Damon White.
"Buyer Beware, Especially For Cpo Vehicles"
Bought a CPO X5 from Century West 4 months ago. We paid for it on a Wednesday but couldnt pick it up until Saturday. When we took delivery, the car had 400 more miles on it than when we paid for it. Weve had numerous problems with the car, including a broken water pump that stranded us mid day. Seems to me they didnt do much to certify the car other than washing it and detailing the interior. And apparently had no problem having someone drive it to Vegas or who knows after we bought it. Ill not be back to Century West. Caveat emptor.
"Good Service"
Bought a used car from this location. Representatives were quick and friendly. overall, good experience.
"Owner"
It was great , the sales person was very focus on our inquiry . We were treated like a #1 customer!
"535 M Sport Purchase"
Jeremy, my sales person, was extremely helpful and made the buying process very simple. Century West service is top notch. I have already referred a friend and he has had an excellent experience as well.
"Best Place To Buy Cars."
I ahve bought and leased nine cars from this dealership. my most recent one being last month. Great staff and great car buying experiance.
"Great Service "
Great facility with a clean and awesome customer friendly atmosphere. My service advisor was atop of everything.
"Yvonne Jones"
The car wash was not good, they lost my mats for my car, and did not do a good job washing and detailing my car. I would not want my car washed there again. "Steve" who took care of me was a wonderfull person he took care of all my car needs in a very personal and professional way. Good job steve!
"Dissappointed In Century West"
05-21-2014
I bought my current BMW X5 from Century West in April 2006. It was a pleasant buying experience and I had no bad comments about the sales staff or any of the follow up service visits. Two weeks ago I found a much newer X5 CPO vehicle on the Century West inventory. I sent an on line email inquiring about the availability of the car which was followed up by a phone call from Bill with their sales staff. Via phone Bill and I made a lot of progress on the sales price of their car and trade in value of the X5 I bought from them in 2006 with both Parties working in good faith I felt we had a deal. I made an appointment to meet Bill at Century West and to hopefully finalize the deal and drive home in the CPO X5. I arrived to meet Bill about 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. I wanted to see the CPO X5 myself without any sales pressure. I arrived at Century West with my current X5 cleaned out and had my Pink Slip in hand. I went home with my old but still trusty X5. The car I wanted to purchase had numerous flaws. Including dings, many scratches, and some after market window tinting bubbling and peeling. One of the wheel rims had either been dented or badly scraped and the repair on the rim was very poor. I left for home before Bill arrived as I did not want the car. Bill did call me and I explained this to him. Before leaving I looked at three other CPO X5s on the Century West lot and all of them had similar poor preparation. It looked like these were all lease returns that were simply put back up for sale as CPO. The next day I sent the sales manager at Century West an email message explaining my disappointment. I further told the sales manager that I looked up the BMW CPO process and checklist on line and there is just no way that they properly completed this process. To his credit the sales manager did contact me by email (never by phone) and he did make a very strong effort to make me happy promising to fix the errors and to bring the car to me at home or at work for my inspection with no further obligation. I do appreciate his effort; a real phone call might have helped though. In the end I passed on the car because if these obvious exterior things were not taken care of in the CPO process how could I be sure things I cannot see were taken care of. It is too bad, my 2006 buying experience with century West very positive. I fully expected to become a repeat customer but it did not happen.
