Ive been a long time customer at Ford of Montebello and I am thankful for their customer service. Jose from sales was very friendly and helpful in my decision to trade in my car for a new one. He wasnt pushy at all and I think thats where he stood out from other sales people that hound you and hover over you while you look for the car you want. Sam Munoz from finance was great as well. I met Sam when he was in sales and I see why he has quickly moved up the ranks at Ford of Montebello. He takes pride in his work and makes sure his customers are happy. Genevieve, however, is a very different story. She was very welcoming and friendly at first while she was doing my paperwork. We spoke about the inventory, your dealership, the smart desk that all the paperwork was shown in, her recent hiring at Ford of Montebello, my jobs and the car being leased. She offered me packages that included the alarm, wear and tear package and maintenance package. She explained to me what was included in the packages. I politely declined and she said I had to choose a package. At that point I was getting irritated and she was getting mad so I told her that Ive leased/purchased cars from Ford of Montebello for about 8 years now and I had never had to purchase a package. She pretty much threw it at my face that I did buy packages for my cars because I had the Extended Warranty and GAP Insurance on the 2015 Ford Mustang GT. I told her I did have those packages because you cant compare a purchase with a lease. Long story short, I told her I only wanted the alarm and after that she became very irate and kept messing up the paperwork. She was pushing those packages on me like her life depended on them and what infuriated me was that she told me I had to choose a package. Im not new to buying or leasing cars and if I werent loyal to Sam and Ford of Montebello, I would have walked out simply because of her attitude and her lying to me that I needed to get a package. To think that she uses the same tactics on new customers or customers that dont know they can decline those packages, baffles me. I am giving your dealership five stars and I will highly recommend your dealership because I know that Genevieve does not represent your finest employees and she is not a reflection of what a good sales person should be.

I went in to get an oil change and they attended me as soon as I got there! even tho I was late to my appointment, they helped me out the same day. It was fast and easy the person that helped me was able to explain what work he was going to do and it was explain very clear for no surprises or extra charge. He gave me an estimated time and it happens to be a lot faster service then expected. When I was ready to pay, they were able to find some credit I had in their system with no problem, I just needed to show them an email regarding the additional credit I had there. When waiting the chair were clean and the TV was at the right volume. They offered a ride from their shuttle, even tho my house is pretty far from this location. As well as coffee with everything else sugar, cups, straws, etc! I have been coming here since I got my car and they have been really helpful nothing to complain about. While waiting I was looking at the cars and I wasnt pushed into buying a car or upgrading my current one they answer all my questions I had if I would wanted to upgrade they even offer to test drive it. The whole facility was clean and organize from the sales floor the restroom, even the paperwork in the cash registers were organized. Ones I payed the provided me with the recipt and I was explain everything that was done to the car ones more and as well of the condition of the car I and in the future the would be able to help out with any repairs. It didnt take long to get my car from the pick up section and they protected my seats so they wont get dirty with plastic covers to prevent any oil and such to stain my car.

I purchased there last October a C-Max Hybrid and am very happy with my car. I did take it in for service. The radio did not want to turn off at all nor did it allow me to change stations. But I as assisted by Frank in service and he got my car fixed. We were able to purchase 2 vehicles in one setting because your staff were very helpful, patient and very accommodating. They really helped us to be able to meet our needs. Pleasing personalities and clearly explained to us what we dont understand. Thanks to them. Ford Explorer is an excellent car which we were surprised with the new features and the navigation system which we really have no knowledge and also the phone connection. Now we can brag to our grandchildren what we have learned. The first time we used the aircon it came out to be a heater so we turn it off. We read the manual while we were driving and finally found the right instruction. What an experience. Ford Escape this is really a big surprise to us driving without a key??? and backing up is very helpful with the screen infront of us but being not use to it, we still look back to make sure we dont bump any thing. At this age of ours we are very happy that we were able to drive a modern cars with all the new gadgets. new electronic device. Thanks to the Ford manufacturers and mechanics. Our big question is "if something happens with the electronics can we get out of the car safe??? To sum it all we are very happy to choose the right cars for us it was excellent as expected. Thanks again to the helpfulness of your staff.
