Great Friendly Customer Service. I have had all my services done at this dealer since 2013 I have never had any issues with them. Jesse is my go to guy and he has always taken great care of me and my vehicle.They have clean facilities, a cozy little waiting room with a TV, water, coffee, and donuts. They will give you a ride once you drop off your vehicle and will also pick you up when the vehicle is ready when and if needed.

Went there Aug. 2014 to look at different models. Salesman was patient, friendly, answered every question even though he knew we werent going to buy at that time. Fast forward to April 17, 2015, we went there to look at a couple different cars and the salesman (different guy from prior) treated us the same way. Explained everything in detail and made the process easy. It only took 2 1/2 hrs. for the whole buying process to be complete, which in my opinion is quick. From deciding on which carer wanted to the test drive to signing the documents to being shown every nook and cranny of the car, the entire process was painless and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a Volkswagen or one of their pre-owned cars!

After visiting 5 other dealerships looking for a car, I came across an ad for a car at Bozzani. Over the phone, they answered my questions WITHOUT demanding my telephone number first. When I went in person to see the vehicle, Jeff was courteous and didnt pressure me about anything.I liked the car and decided to buy, and the process went very smoothly. Jeff was very upfront with me on pricing, and worked a deal to get me the car in my budget. The only pressure I experienced during the whole process was at the very end when the finance man tried to talk me into an extended warranty, and even then that wasnt a hassle. A calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Buying our VW from Bozzani was one of the easiest car buying experiences EVER! We walked in one night about 7pm...talked to Louis about what we wanted. Test drove the model that I had my eye on and even though they didnt have the exact one on their lot, they had it by the next afternoon. Negotiating the price was very hassle-free and I was driving my new Passat that day! And the MPG doesnt lie! Im already getting over 50mpg in my Passat diesel. Love my car and LOVE Bozzani!!

This is the best VW dealership!! I bought my Jetta here in 09. It was a great experience, No hassle, no pressure and a fantastic deal. Love those guys, Jerry is so reassuring and kind. I have only had my car serviced at Bozzani and Charles makes it as easy and comfortable as possible. I always ask for Charles, he is great with keeping me in the loop of what is going on with my car. Everyone at Bozzani is very professional and friendly. I drive approximately 10 miles farther than the closest VW dealership because of the employees. I am very please with the service department. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I have never had to wait days or even hours to make an appointment and have never experienced a long wait. The price of service has always been reasonable and the quality of repairs has always been excellent. I have never had to take it back in to have the same problem fixed, which has been the case in other auto mechanic shops and dealership service departments I have taken former cars to.

GREAT e-mail follow-up by Internet salesman, Freddy Aleman. In addition to his e-mails, I also received a thank you e-mail from John Ononui sent on behalf of the Bozzani Management Team. All this attention and thoughfulness was expended even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them (Cars.com ad, but car had already been sold). Further, their honesty saved me a very lengthy drive (approximately 7 hrs round-trip) to see a car that was no longer in their inventory. Some ethically-challenged dealerships would have gladly allowed me to make the trip in hopes of selling an alternate vehicle. To me, Bozzani VWs actions/contacts constitute great customer service and business integrity.

I came in here with high hopes of at least finding out about their college programs and such, and everything was going smoothly....until no one ever got back to me. It has been well over two weeks, and like many of us, I work but also go to night school, meaning I need as much help as I can to meet "halfway." I went in three times plus, we started the process, I faxed over my private information, gave whatever was asked...and now I am here in the dark. They have a sales persona down, smiles and gestures, but here I am back to square one looking for a car somewhere else and having to start over this painful process with what little free time I have again. Unfortunate because I tend to like everyone and am very understanding....but this left a bitter taste to say the least..

We have decided to buy an Audi A3 TDI after much research, went to the dealer to test drive and found none. The salesperson told us to go to Bozanni VW to test drive drive the golf as its almost the same as Audi A3 and go back to them to pre-order the Audi A3. Bozzani VW salesperson, Wes Uptergrove took us for a test drive and my husband fell in love with the car and salesperson. Wes was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to answer all our questions even though they were about to close at that time. My husband forgot about Audi and started researching about Golf. He contacted many dealerships but Wes excellent customer service oriented attitude and his honesty was the reason why we went back to Bozzani VW dealership even though its quite a drive from our place. All the staff were very friendly and Jerry, the manager and Wes Uptergrove gave us the best customer service ever. It only took about 2 hours to drive out our new Golf TDI.

I called to confirm that the car we wanted to see/purchase was still for sale since we were planning to drive an hour and a half to see it. The salesman assured me it was there and I told him that we would see him soon. I showed up exactly when I said I was going to and he said he had just sold it....very, very bad customer service. He said he didnt have my number to call me and let me know, but I thought that he should have at least waited the hour and a half until I arrived before giving the car to someone else. Anywho, long story short, do not drive a long distance to get a car from here. It may not be there when you get there.

Bozzani certainly has the best customer service you can ask for. I was prepared to drive to Las Vegas to purchase a used car I found on the internet, when I saw bad reviews for that dealership. I decided to look for a car closer to me, Im in Barstow. The morning my wife and I were planning to leave for Vegas, I found a used car at Bozzani, same year, make, and model as the one in LV, but 20,000 miles less and $1,000.00 more. So I called and talked with Samantha. I told her that I had a check from my bank and wanted to purchase the car. She hashed it out with her manager to get me the car at the same price as the one in Vegas, and I drove 1.5 hours to Bozzani. I was surprised at the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the dealership. There were no salespeople knocking each other over at the sight of "new meat", and no stress while waiting for the documents and car to be ready. When we arrived, we were greeted by Samantha, test drove the car and loved it! I misunderstood Samantha aobut my trade-in, so she talked with her manager, and they hooked us up with a great deal, and we drove home. It was the best dealer experience I have EVER had. We HIGHLY recommend the Bozzani dealership, and the entire sales team. Thanks Bozzani!
