The staff at Shockley were all great. We worked with Bill Collings who was professional and patient. We inquired with other local dealers, but Shockley was most willing to work with our budget and get us the car we needed. Brian Ham in finance was great, too. Overall this was the best car buying experience we had! The kids play area could use a little cleaning, but this was the only thing we noticed that needed improvement here. Highly recommend!

It was the best car buying experience I would say. I had gone to multiple dealers and had a tough bargain which I think I was justified as I was ready to pay average market price. It took hours for other dealers yet the deal not finalized,. Here Bryson made it within 15 min. It was easier than expected .. this is what others are offering to you and here is mine price what you are looking for... deal done! Best thing I found about the the sale person (Bryson) is that he was making quick decisions, without going to his boss and confirming again and again. He was genuine, transparent, clear and cheerful. What made the key handover ceremony of my new Honda accord most memorable is the standing for national anthem with his favorite car racing team going for the race and we watching it live on his iPad.. I feel very happy about the car so writing review too.

After visiting other dealerships in the area, the customer service and overall atmosphere at Shockley was very inviting and never pushy, and the same cant be said for other dealerships. Alex Ferguson was the salesman my wife and I met with, and he was great. I knew exactly what car I wanted to look at and he was eager to help me. Alex was never pushy and made my first time car buying experience as easy as possible. I closed the deal that day on my new 2017 Honda Civic Coupe and I couldnt have been happier. My wife and I then met with Justin Todd within the finance department, who made the process as pain free as possible. Again, he was never pushy and extremely friendly. After the process was over, Alex even showed me how everything worked inside my new car, and even paired my phone and input a few numbers into the phonebook. I would highly recommend Shockley Honda, and specifically Alex Ferguson to take care of you.

The Maryland state inspection took longer than usual as there were a couple of things that need to be addressed in my Honda Odyssey car. My kids were comfortable at the waiting area as there was free Wifi and we were thankful there was a shuttle to take us to Target store nearby for us to do our shopping while waiting for the car to be serviced and also to take us back to Shockley Honda. I recently bought a used vehicle at Shockley for my growing family. It was sold to me with a low amount of oil and riding on fumes - the gas light came on during the ten minute drive home. The jack was loose in the trunk and not put in its dedicated compartment. The vehicle was somewhat cleaned, but they were many really obvious sticky spots from the previous owner. The Sales Person I worked with was a nice young guy, so it seems like the faults come from his support team - the Service Department, etc. The Finance Person was pushy with Shockley warranties and service plans, but I guess thats fairly typical. Dont think Ill rush to go back there for another car.

We have purchased three vehicles from Shockley this year. None was new, and none was very expensive. We might have taken the three cheapest cars on the lot. But we were treated with respect and courtesy through the process, as if we were spending a lot of money. I know the prices were fair as two cars were totaled within months, and valued close to what we had paid. One day, well buy a newer car, Shockley, I promise!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . This is my first time for writing reviews in my entire life because i dont want anybody to be a victim like myself . I purchased 2008 Honda Accord on the date October 23, 2016 and before i purchased the car i noticed a leak underneath of the car and i aske the sale rep. Thamos what was the leak and he replied 4 techs checked the car and there shouldnt be any leak then i asked him if i fould any leak i should bring it to get it fix , he said yes he even mentioned i have 1,000 or 30 days powertrain warranty to cover it. i finally purchased the car and took it to mechanic shop and i found the transmission leak. And i called them to tell them the situation and i took the car to them and they checked it they admit there is a leak. remember the car is been only a week and 90 miles since i bought it. After they checked for leak , they told me they have to wait for used car sale service manager name Jonathan who wasnt available at that time and i had to go home which is 40 minuted drive from where i live. The next morning i made several call just to speak with service manager Jonathan , finally i spoke to him and he said there is nothing he could do to help me . His excuse was the transmission is not broke or damage yet. It doesnt make any sense , what would happen if the transmission lose all the fluid ? i will not recommend this dealer to anyone .

Place looked nice, people were polite. No wiggle room on the price even though I found better deals elsewhere after. I drove an hour to get there and after trying to tell him I want to buy the car just come down a few hundred dollars he let me leave! Didnt offer to show me anything else, didnt try to work something out down the road. He sent me one email saying if you are still interested its at the same price and its not coming down. Lousy salesman if you ask me.

I received my free complimentary oil and filter change. It went well. I thought that the time it took was a little long. Everyone I spoke with at Shockley was polite and professional. The regular price for the free car wash was on the receipt, but not the oil and filter change. We already have a regular place that we get that taken care of. I suspect that the price at our regular place is less expensive. I wish the regular cost of the oil and filter change would of been on the receipt. Despite that fact, if we buy another Honda, we would definitely consider Shockley.

I have to say, Shockley Honda continues to impress me with their service and quality. This is the second time I had my vehicle there for the same issue, (2016 Honda Odyssey purchased May 2016). The issue was, there was an annoying rattle somewhere in the front end, and as typical, when you take your car to have it serviced, it doesnt make the noise. After about 2 weeks, I decided to bring it back to the dealership, this time it was definitely rattling. I arrived at 8:45, by around 9:00 or so, the technician, Matthew, wanted to ride along with me to see if he could hear the noise. After about 2 minutes of driving, he had an idea of where the problem would be, but with a disclaimer, noises like this are sometimes hard to find. I was willing to leave my vehicle if needed. To my surprise, after about an hour, Matthew came back, explained clearly what the issue was, and the solution. From what I understand, there were no Tech Service Bulletins from Honda on this issue, so kudos to Matthew for assessing the problem, and finding a solution in timely manner. Being a salesman, on the road everyday, and needing my vehicle in top working order is essential. Shockley Honda has definitely earned my business. My three previous vehicles were all purchased from Fitzgerald, (09 & 12 CX-9, 13 Highlander), and theres no comparison between the two dealerships, Shockley wins hands down!!! Great job. I will definitely be back again!
