This place overcharges for service like Ive never seen before in my life. Standard services will run you at least $80-$100 over other dealers. Oh, and theyll find something else to fix in order to charge you even more. Call around and compare prices to see for yourself. Stay far away from this place!

I have been an Acura customer for the past 25 years +. Ms. Luisa Fernandez is by far the best Customer Service Representative I have ever met. From start to finish, she has provided courteous, professional and efficient services. She was very thoughtful about my wait time and took the initiative to send the car to be wash first since the oil change service is not available yet. This is a very smart plan, as I do not have to wait anadditional 30mins after the oil change was completed. Thank you Luisa for such thoughtfulness for your customer. I also wish to compliment on the waiting lounge - you have provided spacious sitting and work station plus generous beverages and snack. However, the charge station (Battery) for cell phones was not working. Overall a great experience!!

Carrissa is great! It was my first car from a dealership & she made me feel safe, didnt need to use any tricks that other dealerships use. I went in for a test drive and the car was READY! I didnt wait more than 5 minutes! I believe the car was washed just for the test drive! It was a great experience! She was genuine, not like those that want to sell the car and try to over do it. Sincerity is key and I believe she was! But something that did throw me off was the finiancal manager. I did not want the extra services "insurances" they want to sell (I understand its part of the business) but he was very nice at first and than he seemed standoffish after discussing it with my guests. Even after declining the offer, he brought it up three more times & did not finish congraduating me on the car as much as Carrissa. He even tried to bring in a Spanish speaking person to try to speak To my guest about it as if I was going to change my mind. Anyways, if he had a different reaction, I would Not have mind trying to sell this option to me, but I did not like the way he spoke to my guest about it. he should have been more sensitive towards clients and less aggressive on the topic. Anyways, I really recommend Carrissa! Shell knows her stuff & youll feel safe & not try oversell you.
