"Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! Will Not Be Back!!"
This has by far been the worst experience dealing with a Chrysler dealership. The staff is very rude, put me through all types of problems trying to get a light fixed that they "so called " fixed less than a year ago and then boom it happens again and now I have to pay for labor for something they clearly did not properly fixed. They also tried to charge me for service before they completed the service because I told them I wanted a second opinion and since they ordered the part were afraid I wouldnt come back.. Anybody knows you dont pay for service until its complete!!! Asked the lady to have the driver pick me up as I am without a car and she proceeds to ask well how far are you and where do you live? Well maam I believe you have it on the service order and what does t matter you have my car and I dont have a way to pick it up oh by the way your driver dropped me off at my home just a day prior. The new service manager is very unfriendly ad when I brought my car and told him clearly that something was wrong with the electrical part in the heater he says there is a diagnostic fee for us figuring out whats wrong with it. REALLY I just told you what it was and it was clear but your gonna charge me to mess with the buttons and tell me the same thing I just told you.. as I stated definitely will not be back to this dealer NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Purchased a used car with extended warranty. Airbag light has been on and got it checked out. Was told the wiring was tampered with and warranty wont cover it. I altered NOTHING! Over $1000 to fix. They sold the vehicle to me with modifications unbeknownst to me. I then had to pay $118 for them to tell me it wasnt covered. Never will I return there. Bought 2 cars there and will NOT be back.

The whole process took all of an hour and a half. My salesman was Rich. He understood that my time was valuable so there was not a lot of haggling, not the usual 3-4 trips to the sales manager before coming to an agreement. He listened to my financial needs and did not try to squeeze every last dollar out of me. The whole process took about an hour and a half from looking at the vehicle, discussing the price/terms, signing the papers, taking delivery and driving off. It would have taken an hour or an hour and 15 minutes had I not had to wait for the final detailing, filling the tank etc.

My experience with Thompson was welcoming and wonderful to say the least. I wasn’t badgered into buying anything when walking in and I was actually shown everything about the vehicle I was looking into/wanted. I looked at a few different dealerships before going to Thompson and they just wanted me to get in the car, test drive it, then buy it. I wasnt shown how everything works and where everything was in the vehicle. Kathy was so pleasant, informative and didn’t make me feel like I was just bag of $$ walking into the place. She knew a lot about the vehicle and even helped me set my Bluetooth up after I had bought it. She also followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure I still loved everything which made me feel really good about the whole experience that Thompson actually does care about their customers. I would buy another vehicle in the future from them.

My family and I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership on a rain soaked day. We were greeted by Kathy McKinney which we had an appointment with. She very was helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Although it was a busy day in the dealership, we felt very comfortable and not under any pressure like with most dealership experiences that we have had in the past. It was well worth the drive for our purchasing experience. If we were to purchase in the future this will be our first stop.
