Shelby Selby took care of everything, from the initial estimate to the final amount, which was less than half the estimate, since they didnt have to do everything in the estimate to fix the scratch on the side of my car, and I appreciated the honesty of that! My 2006 Lexus LS430 looks like new, and it was done earlier then I thought it would be - just 3 days instead of a week. Thanks to Shelby who was always cheerful and is very good at her job. Also thanks to the folks at the front desk who also were cheerful in dealing with me. The whole experience was a pleasure!
