I went into this Ford dealership to get the diagnostic done on Ford F-150 with code reading 0453 ( pressure emission senor code. I had to wait atleast 10 mintues before some one can approach me hook me up with a Service. After ten minues of wait I found my service will be Lady A. I waited for her another 20 minutes. She came and answered all my questions in yes or no. The initial paper work was done and It showed that I will be done by 2 pm. Not hearing back from the Service Rep till 4pm. I called and found out that the truck will now be put up on the Hoise for the Mechanic to take a look at it. I said fine at or around 5 pm . I got a call that I need to authroize lowering of the gast Tank. I go here came the taxi cab meter. I did not authorize the job and asked to pick up the truck. Once I got to the dealershp , I talked on the Rep and also left a Message for service supervisose to call or meet with in the waiting room.. I was explained that we will do a nice job run the emission testing and make sure everything works. I would have to leave the truck over the week end and come pick it up on MOnday. I authorized the job and waited for the service supervisor Lady C to call me. I never got a call back from her. On Monday I remindede the servcie REp A that I left a message for Lady C a supervisor. I got a call and she tried her best to blow the whole situation of close ended communication on HOw busy we are on Friday. I said than do not accept jobs on Friday. In the end I paid hefty amount of money and as I drove the truck the next code showed up. The job was poorly done. Poor customer service and close ended communication. I wll not recommedn this place to any one.

I went in to get my vehicle serviced for new break pads. Service Rep. said it was going to be just a one and a half hour to two hour wait. Three and a half hours pass and I ask about my vehicle and they come up with We do not have break pads for your car until tomorrow. Why wait so long to tell me? had to miss work and spend most of my day there. Also, poor at notifying right away if something else is needed. Like my car needed new rotors too and it took that long to let me know. and just as I am going to get a rental turns out they do have the break pads for my vehicle , just that the mechanic was looking for the wrong ones. Not happy at all. missed a day of work when they said one hour and a half to two hour wait.

I took my car in for an oil change. During the week especially on Tuesdays is not as busy so that will get you in and out. I will continue bringing my cars here. Driving to work on Friday is never fun but the promise of the weekend makes thinks a bit better. Until you car breaks down. I am on the freeway and I feel something happen, and I look down and the engine light is on and temp gauge is spiked HOT! Luckily, I was right by an offramp. I get off and within 10 minutes I am calling roadside assistance - they tell me tow truck will be there in 45 minutes. I have time. I call Sunrise Ford at 7am exactly when they open. First person to pick up the first call, Elsa Olivero. She could have waited, passed the call to someone but no, she jumped on the line. She set me up so I didnt have to come down with the car, they were going to look at it and let me know what happened. Turns out pulley froze on my water pump. Well after 200k miles things like that will happen. I spoke with Else several times during the day, she even helped with the payment by handling a conference call. Finally I got the word to come down and pick up my car. Not a great Friday but thanks to Else Olivero and Sunrise Ford, it was not a horrible Friday either!

I took my truck in for regular servicing and to repair a chipped windshield. I was notified by Alan Perez that it would be a wait for the windshield repair, so he arranged for a ride home and called me when the repair was completed. Alan then made arrangements to have me picked up at home to go back to the dealership to get my truck. The repair was done nicely, the service was excellent and the customer service was SUPBERB! Donald Wheeler was the initial service manager who brought me in his office as soon as I drove into the facility. In fact he was just about to eat his lunch when he decided to take care of me first. He asked a few questions, looked up my information, and then he showed me another waiting room that I didnt know about. This room was specifically for service customers and it had free coffee, espresso, and comfortable surroundings, including television and magazines. The restroom facilities were also clean and there was a parts shop available. My service took place last Saturday and surprising I was in and out in less than 2 hours for a full required maintenance.
