We came down on Thursday looking for a used car. After looking with all the rebates they offered we were able to afford a new one, and they have anything you want. Our salesman Nick Cox was awesome, he worked very hard for us to get the deal we were comfortable with. We came back Saturday to sign and get my new Malibu, which i absolutely love. Had 11:45 appt for oil change. Dropped my truck off at Dan Cummins Paris Ky at 8:30 to play a round of golf while I waited. Employees allowed me to do so and were very nice and accommodating. Received a call at 11:00 that my truck was ready for pick up. They were finished with my truck even before my original appointment time. The whole experience was great.

We drove 2.5 hours get to Cummins, but did so because of the fair prices posted on the internet, and the variety of Tahoes they had available. We were not disappointed when we arrived. The dealership was immaculate and very customer friendly. Snacks, drinks and even pizza were readily available, as were comfortable seating areas and wifi. We were treated with kindness and respect from our first contact with internet sales manager, Curt, to our onsite sales consultant experience with Laura, and finally the by the finance manager who completed the signing of docs. My husband and I formerly spent many years in sales and dealership management at a GM dealership. While we no longer work in the auto industry, we consider ourselves very educated buyers with high expectations. We can honestly say that we were treated with the integrity and customer service that we would have expected from our own sales team when we were managers. Dan Cummins is a very busy dealership, and though the sales process takes a while it was well worth the drive and time spent there to purchase our new Tahoe. We will most certainly look to them when we make our next purchase.

The sales team was great, especially my sales person, Laura Silvey! I identified some things I wanted to have checked out/repaired for my purchase and the staff were very accommodating. The only hiccup occurred during the finance process when I was told the dealer could match my preapproved finance rate From a competitor lender. I then found that while the interest rate was better with the dealer, the financial team member had added a surprise finance charge that actually made the loan slightly more costly. We were able to come to an agreement and I am completely happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend to friends and family members. They also have some refreshments and a Starbucks dispenser for its customers!

I could not have asked for a better experience I never liked a pushy salesman that would tell you nonsense thinking your stupid enough to believe it buying a car is a big thing and a lot of money and what I experience at Dan cummins was amazing a salesman that was honest and cared about not just what I wanted but also what I could afford and was a very good vehicle ! This dealership is located about 15 miles NE of Lexington, KY. If youre within a 5-hour drive and they have a car you want, Cummins is 100% worth the time. Long story short, we live in Ohio but were going to TN for vacation. Cummins had a car we wanted to see so we checked it out for 30- minutes and continued on our way. I did all of the negotiations (very minimal, they let you know what they can do then the decision is yours) via email and then picked it up on our way home. It took 75 minutes to do the paperwork. The car was completely detailed and waiting for us. The process couldnt have been any more smooth. Dan K was our sales guy. I highly recommend both him and Cummins.
