Lets be honest, were all apprehensive about buying a new car due to horror stories and less than honest sales associates, right? Well recently for me that wasnt the case. I purchased a brand new Rav-4 from Boch Toyota. My car buying experience could not have been any easier! Hard to believe, I know. My sales associate was Denny Houston. Denny was friendly and patient but more importantly; what we all hope for but dont always get in a sales associate; Denny didnt pitch any slick sales gimmicks, he didnt pressure me and he for sure didnt attempt any manipulative ploys. Just great customer service. I ended up purchasing the 2017 Rav- 4 I was most interested in at a comfortable payment. I also dealt with Morgan Menard, Manager and Steve Chung, Finance Manager also equally as pleasant and hassle free to deal with. Overall, civil, relaxed and reasonable negotiations at Boch. I Would recommend to family and friends.

Thanks to Denny Hoatsons diligent and through attention to my many needs and requests for the perfect car for me, he made sure to take care of every detail. I got everything I asked for and more. Denny went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my many needs which included getting me in and out on my many visits in my wheelchair from the trunk. He even tried out my wheelchair in each car I looked at to make sure it fit perfectly. He also had the paperwork done and redone as many times as I asked to assure my endless questions, so I was very satisfies with the end result. I did change my mind numerous times about the car and the details which he made prompt adjustments until everything was perfect for me. He even took the car back and forth to the Mobility Shop to get all the Handicap equipment I needed done. Denny is a very pleasant and kind gentleman and a great car salesman who certainly knew his business. I am thrilled with my shiny new Rav4 which he delivered right to my driveway in the timeframe I requested of him on the first day I visited him at Boch, so I could now go on my Summer Vacation. Thanks Denny. PS I answered the Quality of Repairs with a 5 Star also as I have owned 2 previous Toyotas and the service was excellent.

Completely deceived. Since Im a long distance from this dealer and having been in car accident with physical injuries, I called at noontime just as I was on Internet online, to confirm that the car I saw online was available to avoid a drive and further physical stress. They said they had the car and we made appt for 2 hrs. later same day. I made sure this Internet dept. had checked directly inside with the dealer. I mentioned a 2nd car that I was "curious" about. But 1st car was the main one. The car has special features that are difficult to find, and not another one avail at this dealer. Sales guy- He sat and spent 45 mins. to talk. I was now suspicious. Wondering why so long, and when do I see car. He also didnt know answer to half my questions. I knew more than he. Then finally, get the car to test. He has the 2nd car. The key to the 1st (and main) car "is out...could be out on test drive..." More suspicious. Test drive of 2nd car (not serious about purchasing)- The longest trip. I had enough drive to learn it was a nice car and driving experience. But still not my first choice. I ask can I turn around here to return. No go straight, Im told. We return to dealer and its maybe just under 1 1/2 hrs or more since Ive first arrived to dealer. Where is 1st car - I now learn it was sold in the morning. I called noontime. Of course, rep. acts like its a surprise to him. I civilly express how I feel. He brings in another rep who says he sold it in the a.m. I didnt need to hear this. It seems all staged. No apologies by either person. My rep is exiting and I ask to speak with manager. He locates mgr. Rep slips away, no goodbye or anything. I spoke with "manager" who said he was new. Didnt have a business card to give me. Mild mannered, listened. But didnt offer anything, no gesture, nothing. I called original phone number/Internet office - The manager was the first to apologize. But nothing can be done and we are finished. Its a nasty setup. Even that I was so clear on my circumstances and knew exactly which car I was ready to leave deposit for, nothing mattered to these people. I also shared with each person that Im a loyal Toyota buyer for decades. Salesman= Endly Manager = Bruce Dont have name of staged salesman saying it was sold this morning. Internet office: Original rep- Marvin Manager- Jonathan. Advice if youre trying to confirm - Triple & Quad check. And that probably wont be enough.

I was searching for a van through CARS.com. After he initial contact, I explained what I wanted and asked for more information. Thats when all the "managers" started emailing me. But no one was answering my question. After receiving about 5 emails, for follow ups with all of them signing off as a manager, I realised that the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Told me to take a seat. Waited for 15 min. Then went back to ask her what was taking so long. Said manager was working on it!! I waited another 15min and finally someone came over to me and said here is a copy of your registration. You can drive up to service! I told him I have a copy of my reg. I went in for an oil change. It took over 2 hours. The customer service rep came in and told me I needed a right brake light for the outrageous price of $72 and change. I made it obvious I thought it was outrageous. The agent started to explain how they had to remove the panel, find the right wire and it took a little time. He acted like it was rocket science. So I left - went to the auto store, bought the bulbs for $8 popped the panel off with a flat head, twisted the 1 wire counter clockwise to pull it out, replaced the bulb and put the whole thing back together in 5 minutes. I would have probably paid up to $30 for convenience, but I was disgusted with the $72. And when I went to pay the bill, "the manager" approved dropping the price to $32 or $36.

I purchased a 2013 Toyota 4 Runner as an out of state buyer from Boch Toyota. I had some initial anxieties about such purchase; given the stories I have heard about these types of sales. The sales advisor, Taylor Brooks, was very helpful in easing my concerns. He explained the process and made himself available, even on his days off. He had the car registered in the state of my residence. I caught a plane to Massachusetts to pick the car up; he had the car detailed and had me out of the dealership within 30 minutes. There were some issues about the features on the advertising pages; but we worked them out. I would not recommend this for all dealerships. Do a lot of homework and ask a lot of questions bout what is being offered! Thank you Taylor Brooks for making this a positive experience for me! Kudos and keep up the good work!

Loosing my 2015 tacoma to collision was less traumatic than my anticipation of the (dealer, stock, salesman) shuffle needed to replace the loss. Yes, I did the calls, read the newpaper ads, and searched inventories on line all with little satisfaction. Finally, I connected on line with Boch Toyota where I found the exact vechicle desired and for which a rapid price quote was provided to me. I agreed to drive, some what out of my way, to see the item. Went to buy a 2012 Prius V. Took a test drive and liked the vehicle. Could not complete the sale on that day due to family commitments. Came back on the last day of the month (48 hours later). I drove the 56 miles back to this dealership b/c the sales person was nice! Sales Manger (not the original sales person) would not even negotiate on the prices. He said, hed given me his best offer on Saturday and would not even talk about anything...showing me the door. Arrogant! I would not recommend this dealer. We had been working on locating a Toyota 4 Runner Trail Premium 2015 since June of this year. We dealt with another dealer to the degree that we were talked into a $200 deposit on a vehicle that could not be found. We were very un happy, the Trail Premium was to be built specifically as we wanted. We located the 4 Runner ourselves at Boch Toyota. The deposit was returned from the former dealer immediately upon request. We spoke with a sales person and were told the vehicle would be available the following morning for our review. We dealt with Salesman Sean McCarthy and Sales Manager Eric Yngve. Both were professional, not pushy and let us take our time. Dealing with the Finance and extended warranties with finance David P. was like sitting with a siding salesman. We dealt with this issue the next morning, reworked the deal so that it was acceptable to all parties. Picked up vehicle tonight full of fuel and shining like a new dime. Dreadful, awful experience!!! Put a CC deposit ($500) on a used car over the phone, received an email confirmation they would hold the car for me while I gathered insurance paperwork and a check. On the drive down from NH for my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the sales manager that they sold the car to someone else "by mistake". The response was, "well, we have another similar car thats only $5000 more". Now, the refund ... After 5 extensive attempts over a two month period - of being transferred to different departments and people, I just now received my refund. While everyone on the phone has been pleasant, its apparent that the organization is either: 1) engaging in deceptive practices, or 2) highly incompetent. STAY AWAY!!!

I bought a 2014.5 Camry from Boch Toyota Norwood and sorry to say that it was a traumatic experience. I started with getting an online quote and was very happy with the pricing. I visited the sales center and to my surprise the pricing they gave me was 2k more than the online one. They had the whole history of my online conversation but said they did not have the information of the price offered online. I had to talk to the manager to get the price offered online. I dint get a very good feeling on this and should have listened to my heart but unfortunately proceeded with the paper work and paid the advance. Delivery was promised in 2 days. I visited them 2 days later and when I reached I was made to wait for 1 hour as the sales person was busy with another customer. After 1 hour of waiting, I see the car and was shocked. It never looked like a new car with sticker marks and dirt all over and to my surprise the bumper was scratched. The sales person brought in the manager, thats when traumatic experience started. He was so rude. He just said you can keep the car and I will give you free body side molding. I requested the issue to be fixed on the bumper. They made me wait for almost 2 hours and replaced the bumper. I just hope they dont take this damaged bumper and add it to another car. Later after they replaced the bumper I checked the car and it still was dirty. Just dint feel like a new car. I just decided to leave as I had wasted the whole day in the sales center. I also demanded to speak to the general manager throughout my experience but it was never done. Later while leaving I the sales manager said the GM will call me the next day. Till this very min, I have not received a call. Appears they just dont care about customers voice. Just to save on the price, never buy from these guys. Its better to buy from a dealer who offers good customer service and pay a little more on the price.
