This is the second time I have bought a car from Herb Chambers. Jason Arsenault and Kevin Norton were exceptional in my buying process. Both were extremely helpful and both did what I asked to provide the car I wanted and the extras I wanted. . Jason continued to contact me even after the sale and asked how I was doing with all the new gadgets on the vehicle. When I got stuck with my android phone and accessing hands free availability, he took the time to get in a car at the dealer and help me trouble shoot. Kevin also helped me to determine what I needed for the car while providing me a step by step explanation of everything I needed and the cost. The service I was provided was exceptional and over the top. What a great team they were. I am totally satisfied with Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree.

"Best Experience Purchasing A Vehicle"
After trotting around to numerous other dealerships looking for vehicles; some of the experiences a complete nightmare, we went to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree. Which was a GREAT experience with Jason Arsenault. This was our second visit to the dealership with our list of vehicles that were advertised online. Every vehicles we wanted to look at was right there, opened, gone over with features and pros & cons. We purchased the first one we looked at that evening and he made the rest of the process a pleasant - easy - no fuss experience. The financing process (which is usually dreaded) was excellent. Robert Pierce treated us like we were old friends and made the process easy. He explained everything to us in detail and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. He knew his stuff and was completely honest, friendly and a pleasure to sit with. In all the entire staff inside the building were awesome - even those not waiting on us were talking with us - friendly - offering us beverages and personable. Drove the vehicles off the lot that night. The people at Herb Chambers never made us feel like we were an inconvenience being there after they should have been closed. This was my sons first time purchasing a vehicle and I am so grateful for the experience this Dealership, Jason & Robert gave him. "Excellent Service - Specific To Our Needs"
on 10/01/16 we entered the lot of Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree looking for specific vehicles - Ford Escapes. Mr. Arsenault came outside right away (great especially since it was raining.) Took everyone inside, not to pressure sales, just to get the information for what we were looking for, price range, options etc. Within minutes he had pulled up a vehicle we were interested in with all of our specifics, pulled it up right out front, no searching etc. He opened it up, showed us everything from inside to out - front to back and asked if we wanted to take it for a ride. It was a great deal but we wanted to look at others first. Again, within minutes the vehicles were shown to us and the differences explained. He knew his stuff, he was honest and up front with pros and cons etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Arsenault and when we go back to continue our search we will be going to him. GREAT SALES REP.

took our 2016 ford escape in for a noise underneath car went for a ride with a tech behind dealership he was going about 45 mph said he did not hear noise went for another ride with service adv matt on a bumpy road said he could hear noise said it sounds like steering rack or links he went for a ride with service mgr he also heard noise they said they would contact ford engineering 1 week I heard nothing so I called matt he transfered me to service mgr who told me they tested 2 other escapes they rode the same he said nothing they could do I drove a friends escape no noise our car drove great when we first got it now over bump it rides like a truck with heavy duty shocks NOT HAPPY HERB C AND JIM X SHOULD SEE THIS REVIEW I EXPECTED MORE FROM H C FORD I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GREAT I do not think so thank you d French thank you

He made our visit to the showroom "the best car buying experience ever" with his politeness, knowledge of product and funny sense of humor. Was able to check and test drive without hassle, and was offered a very fair price immediately on inquiry without any pressure or back-and-forth. On August 17, I went to Herb Chambers Ford Braintree on a whim to look at a Ford Taurus. When I arrived I was informed that the one I had seen on the internet had been sold. As I was not locked into a certain type of vehicle, I tested 3 different SUVs. The Ford Escape, Ford Edge, and the Ford Explorer. I chose and drove off the lot the same day with a Ford Explorer. My sales man was Jason Capone. All I can say about him and this dealership is WOW!!!!! No pressure. I told him I needed to talk with my wife first and he was understanding. Also very understanding was Eric, Sales Manager. So after speaking to my wife, we went back that evening and bought the Explorer. Very happy and none of the people I was in contact with was pushy or rude or trying to "just make a sale". Great people here and I will not hesitate to purchase from here again in the future.

I went to Herb Chambers to buy a used truck. I drove out- the same day with a new truck. Mike Harrison was the salesman. He was a straight shooter, very knowledgeable about the ford truck line. I have never enjoyed going to buy a car-it has always been an odious but necessary task. This guy turned that around. I have been driving the truck for a week now and it is fantastic. I was considering buying 2 new Transit Connects for my business and then my own vehicle got totaled so instead of putting myself through the pain of car buying I did all 3 in one shot. Between Julianna Vargas (sales) and Guillome Jean (sales manager) I was blown away. I had some specific requirements on both my F-150 and the Transits, Guillome did a great job tracking them down at other dealerships and getting them to Boston over a snowy Thanksgiving weekend. I never expected to be high-fiving anyone in the car business but they made it happen. We will be looking for more Transits in 2015 and they will be my first stop.

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape Titanium at Herb Chambers of Braintree. It is the third car I have purchased there. It was a very positive experience. My sales consultant, Kevin Sanderson, was highly professional, very knowlegable, helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to insure that the car I was purchasing was what I wanted at a price that I could afford. He was willing to spend as much time as needed to insure that I was completely satisfied. During delivery of the car, Kevin made sure that I understood all of the features of the car. He was not rushed and treated me as an important customer emphasizing that whatever I needed in the future he would be there to help. It was a very positve experience, due in great part to Kevin. And I love the car.

Nathaniel Gamble took the lead in my experience purchasing a used vehicle this past weekend. I found the Mazda 3 online and was able to get in to view it within a week. Mr. Gamble made the process incredibly painless for a first-time buyer. Not once did I feel intimidated or as though he was pushing me into buying when I was making a decision. He was friendly and humorous and made my experience not just easy, but enjoyable. Although the car was priced above my limit, I eventually decided to purchase it due to the explanation of the work that the Herb Chambers service center put into it before they put it on the lot - I couldnt have found a car of comparable quality anywhere else. My only issue was the time it took for the finances to be sorted out - I ended up waiting for over 2 hours before I could sit down with someone to speak about the final details. Unfortunately this was mostly due to the dealership being short-staffed that day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I am extremely pleased with the car I ended up with thanks to Mr. Gamble and the rest of the staff at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree.

We were so pleased with our experience at Herb Chambers Ford. Sean Cotton was great to work with. He was determined to make sure we had everything on the truck we needed. Everyone there made us feel comfortable and you did not feel like you were getting the usual "car purchase" scam! We have 4 Herb Chambers Lexuss but this was our first time getting a truck. We planned to go and do more research and compare prices but once there we realized why we always go to a Herb Chambers car dealer for our cars. Our neighbors are convinced we work for Herb Chambers because of all the cars in the driveway. The only thing I would like to change is that at Herb Chambers Lexus we received Matching car coffee holders with each vehice. Sean was not happy about it, but Herb Chambers Ford did not have coffee cups to match our new Ford F150 Plantinum truck!!! Come on Herb!! Ford needs coffee cups too!! We love you guys and thanks Sean for being so knowledgable about the truck and taking the time to show us all the features. PS- Sean, if Herb sees this review and gets the coffee cups in, please let me know as you owe us #2!!

"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever"
I just purchased 3rd vehicle from Herb Chambers. It will be my last. Our vehicle was a custom order and it came over a month late. Our sales experience was awful. Our salesman did not know the product well, did not return phone calls promptly, and was rude following delivery of the vehicle. We were not kept informed of the delivery status. When I called the dealer and asked to speak with a manager rather than our salesman, we either got a call from the salesman again or our calls just were not returned at all. After the sale was complete, I received a survey from ford. It was filled out honestly to represent our experience, so hopefully the dealer would be able to avoid these same issues with other customers. After that, we received a rather rude, sarcastic and completely inappropriate email directly from our salesman. We have never been treated this way by any salesperson for any product we have ever purchased. I recommend you avoid Herb Chambers Ford, I will!
